"Amazing hotel 🏨 that is worth every penny! The room is so beautiful and clean 🧼 All the amenities work and they are so generous and thoughtful! Upon arrival I was given a welcome gift 🎁 Would definitely stay there again! Only issue is that the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the neighbors clearly however they give you earplugs …. Just keep this in mind"

"Stayed here for a wedding in Hefei. Modern facilities, good amenities - took advantage of breakfast. They allowed a very early check in (like at 8am). Room was spacious, water pressure was strong. Biggest issue was a pronounced tobacco / smoke smell in our non-smoking room our first night. We didn't turn on the heat / air the next night and the smell was much improved. Little to no English ability among front desk, just FYI."

"Hotel is situated in an office-like building judging by the entrance, or it could be an apartment, i'm not sure. Only 1 lift out of 6 serves the hotel. The room was really nice, especially the bathroom. The only minor issue i had in the room is the cleaning staff left a few sticky streaks on the floor mid-way through my stay. Washing machines and dryers were very useful, though the provided iron is too small and the ironing board legs were broken. The carpark entrance malfunctions often as it fails to detect cars exiting, many drivers resort to honking in the hope that a staff member nearby will open the gate. However, it’s unclear whether there is anyone assigned to manage this as i did not see any booth or place for carpark staff."

"來合肥看演唱會的，這裏離體育館打車要半個小時，但是我第一眼就看中了這個酒店，果然沒有讓我失望，真的很滿意！酒店旁邊有便利店零食店還有家阿互關鍋貼！房間很大很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，都是分開的！小細節：牀頭櫃有無線充電，洗漱台有個小垃圾桶，最最特別的是房間配有撐衣桿，可以把洗過的衣服晾在空調下面，這個是我住到現在的酒店唯一一家這麼貼心的！前台有求必應，要什麼會讓機器人送到房間！酒店還提供很多生活用品，這個要特別點贊！最後表揚下牙刷特別好用，我以前用別的酒店的都會刷出血，這家的用起來特別舒服！建議早餐品種再豐富點，還有寫的雙人下午茶，不是專享的，需要自己去哪個地方用（我也沒聽清楚也沒好意思問了）！總體很滿意，很棒！"

"I recently stayed at Radisson RED Hefei in Hefei, and it was a very satisfying experience. The hotel kindly provided car service to Hefei South Railway Station, which was very convenient and appreciated. We booked a room with two double beds, and the beds were surprisingly spacious. For families traveling with children, this setup is truly ideal and very comfortable. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good selection and quality. Overall, everything met our expectations. I would absolutely stay here again — 100% willing to revisit."

"The hotel has a excelent localization. It is close to Swan Lake and shopping mall. You can take breakfest, go to a walk around the lake and lunch on Intime or MixC shopping mall."

"先説優點，我覺得還不錯，景色什麼也很好，在房間可以看見天鵝湖和合肥大劇院，隔壁就是萬達和廣電大樓，走一分半左右就是地鐵口，大門出去就是公交站，地理位置和交通什麼地都挺好。服務很周到，態度也不錯。房間是刷臉的，避免了刷卡的麻煩，門有兩重保險，我覺得是很安全的，外賣可以送到門口，衞生也很好，打掃衞生很細心。床睡起來很舒服，是偏軟的床墊 ⚠️現在説缺點: 1.剛開始過去的時候前台沒有人，打電話沒人接，等了幾分鐘才有人來，然後打掃衞生特別慢，大概加起來有15分鐘左右，等待時間很長，讓我有些不耐煩 2.酒店是沒有可以通風的窗户的，也可能是我的房間沒有，但是有一個景觀窗 3.衞生間設計很不合理，淋浴間沒有放衣服的地方，衹有一個晾衣服的繩子，洗手枱的水但凡開大一些就會噴出來，基本上這兩天洗完衣服，身上都濕的 4.隔音沒有特別好，別人在走廊説話什麼的都能聽見，有點影響睡眠，但是沒有很差 5.房間很暗，燈光很分散，看着很不舒服 6.剛入住地時候一一股淡淡的煙味，且茶台上有沒打掃掉的不知名物體碎片 7.前台不是一直有人在 圖片1.2是酒店房間裏拍的，不能通風，但是景色確實好，有配備小度，前台服務態度和速度都很快 圖片3.4.5是周邊的景色，包括合肥大劇院和天鵝湖，衹需要步行兩分鐘就可以到，很適合飯後消食散步和早上晨跑"

"去參加全國游泳城市系列賽，之前安排房間靠停車場，後來到前台幫我更換了非常安靜的房間，休息得很好，第二天取得很好成績，下午茶體驗不錯，也是我喜歡吃的，卧具乾淨整潔，如此大的旅客流量做到這樣真不容易，佩服，關鍵離游泳館很近，中午還回酒店休息了，下午成績更好，下次還住這裏。"
