Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa is a beautiful hotel with a great location. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a very pleasant and soothing fragrance, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the in-room hot spring water and the large bathtub, which made the stay very relaxing. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious, clean, and well designed. The provision of a kimono added a lovely traditional touch and enhanced the overall experience.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the private bath — perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day, offering both privacy and tranquility. The public bath was equally impressive: well-maintained and a great way to unwind while enjoying the traditional experience. The facilities were spotless, and the atmosphere made it easy to fully relax. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with the best of both worlds — the luxury of a private bath and the charm of a public one. I recently stayed at 宜蘭日光綠築 and was thoroughly impressed. The scenery is absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. We had a wonderful stay at Wunuan Homestay in Jiaoxi. The location is very convenient, especially if you're driving. It is just a few minutes from the highway exit—simply turn right after exiting, and you'll reach the homestay within minutes. The surroundings are peaceful, scenic, and a refreshing escape from the city. One of the highlights was the river right in front of the property. True to the previous reviews, you can fish there, and it was a memorable experience for our family. We enjoyed spending time outdoors and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Driving made it easy to explore the surrounding area. There are many beaches, farms, and family-friendly attractions nearby, although having a car is definitely recommended. The roads were quiet with very little traffic, and we loved the wide open fields, greenery, and the absence of high-rise buildings. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy nature. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He recommended excellent local food, suggested places to visit, and even assisted us with making reservations, which made our trip much smoother. The homestay itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for families. Our room comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our teenage son, and we had plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. One small point to note is that the bathroom floor can become quite slippery when wet, so extra care is needed, especially for children and older guests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Wunuan Homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat while exploring Jiaoxi and Yilan. In

It’s super easy to walk to from the bus station (Jiaoxi transfer station). It took us less then 5 mins and simple stroll through the hotspring park. We have a room for three. It a queen bed and a twin. We really enjoy the in room hot springs bathtub. The coffee,drink and popsicle are available 24/7 which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

Love this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!

The bathtub feels like breaking apart, bits of the glue is coming off and it felt bits of sand whenever U use it. And I use it for 4 nights. Shower door corners and door are also mouldy. Bathroom needs a revamp badly. AC is centralised, you can't adjust the temperature, and the temperature drops at wee hours. I needed additional towel to cover myself the blanket. Everything else is good. I like the bed and location especially.

Great location, just beside the dongmen night market. A lot of nice food nearby also. So close to the train station. Basic hotel, quite comfortable bed and room. May consider staying again.

The room was big and spacious for family of 3. My boy age 5 love the car rides. Location was ok as we drive to the hotel. Carpark was pretty narrow. Breakfast has a good spread. the only cons was the missing hand wash , no amenities are fine but at least provide hand wash.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Great value for money.
