VValarie474A Sanctuary When I Needed It Most
I arrived in Taiyuan not feeling well and ended up staying seven nights without ever leaving the room. Labor Day holiday, full DND stretches, just me and delivery apps. And honestly? It was exactly what I needed, and this hotel made it possible.
Let me start with the moment that defined this stay. My housekeeper came in most days to refresh the room, and each time I'd ask for the same drinks. After a few days he just knew -- knew what I wanted, knew I wasn't feeling well. He'd heard me coughing while he cleaned and was clearly paying attention. On my last day, when I had DND up and didn't want any service at all, he quietly left a bag of my favorite drinks outside the door anyway. No knock, no disruption. Just a person who had been paying attention all week and wanted to take care of me. That kind of warmth doesn't come from a training manual. I won't forget it.
The room itself held up beautifully for a long stationary stay. Clean, accurate to the photos, well-appointed. Floor-to-ceiling windows, two bathrooms, excellent shower pressure, generous storage, a proper tea set, and a beverage bar housekeeping kept replenished without being asked. The slippers were genuinely excellent -- better than some five-star properties I've stayed at.
For seven nights of recovery during a national holiday, this hotel and its people delivered everything that mattered.

PPengguna TetamuStayed in the hotel in September 2025 for four nights. Room was modern and had an open concept design. Hot water and WiFi worked well, and cleaning was done very well. Buffet had good spread of mainly Shanxi local delicacies. I must especially praise the restaurant service staff, especially 杨杨, for being so accommodating, friendly, and personable. On my first day with breakfast, 杨杨, personally explained the different food options to me and made sure all of my needs were cared for. She was exceptionally bubbly and approachable, and was not only the highlight of the hotel, but gave me one of the best services of any accommodation across the world. Regarding location, the hotel was located around 10-15 minutes by taxi from the main high-speed rail station. The only critique I would note is that the air-conditioning in the room was somewhat weak. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and excellent service, and I am happy to stay again.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店環境很好，離老軍營小吃街很近，服務人員都很熱情，特別貼心，前台亞楠和衞文傑接待的我們，我是陪孩子來看薛之謙演唱會的，在酒店前台詢問接駁車訊息，沒想到酒店給我們特意安排了小車接送服務，司機蔡師傅也是酒店工作人員，接送都超級到位，客房李春霞還為我們準備了簽名貼和應援棒，總之太原這座歌迷之城真的很好，推薦去看演唱會的都可以入住他家，走的時候還送了紀念小禮物，下次必然還是你家，服務，環境，體驗感，都超級棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

PPengguna TetamuWe booked at Fengqi jiuting hotel on a family trip to Taiyuan and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is super convenient, on the edge of the bustling Zhong Lou Jie area, with so many food and dining options accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious, with heated floors (a godsend in winter), and nice amenities. It’s a beautiful hotel decked out with contemporary art and was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our trip that much easier. Would definitely recommend.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店環境非常好!房間乾淨整潔!衞生也很好，設施設備也好，阿姨都會主動來清潔房間衞生，還有電視也非常棒!還有免費的可樂雪碧可以喝礦泉水無限飲，住的太舒服都不想回去了不帶一點誇張，酒店工作人員也都非常的有耐心和責任滴，其次最讓我喜歡的是洗浴和廁所是分開的!誰懂啊完全不會因為洗完澡濕鞋濕馬桶!而且智能馬桶是加熱的，哈哈哈坐上去非常温暖，全智能化超級方便! 還有夜間智能美顏鏡燈光真的很戳我!而且酒店很方便出行，旁邊有很多飯館，酒店位置對於坐飛機下飛機的人非常友好離的機場特別滴近，還有免費接送機場和南站服務，總的來説真的物超所值!前台真的很熱情，下次絕對還會回來住的!

WWuyan酒店地理位置優越、各種會議不斷，房間很緊張滴感覺，酒店規定12點前退房，故而從石家莊三個多小時駕車到店剛好12點，以為一點前可以順路入住，沒想到一直等到2點50，又是雨天，衹能在車裡、前台前2個小桌旁的椅子耗着。住了兩天，熱水温度估計衹有30多度，根本無法沖澡，酒店設施陳舊，尤其是15、6個各種燈具開關…窗簾也是手動拉，小電視、老式馬桶…… 地下停車場非常不錯！希望酒店能逐年逐步改善老舊設施吧。

PPengguna TetamuWe spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

Mmel520Amazing location! The restaurant was surrounded by lots of restaurants and a bustling night market. Walking distance to many of the popular streets downtown. The room was clean and very comfortable and I really appreciated that there is a free washing machine/dryer to use. I booked the room with breakfast however due to an early flight I couldn’t eat so the front desk gave me extra snacks instead!

I cannot recommend Yiyun Hotel (Taiyuan Station West Square Subway Station Liu Xiang) enough! This stay was absolutely incredible and completely exceeded my expectations.
First and foremost, a massive thank you to the hotel for being so welcoming to my two fur babies (my dog babies)! 🐶🐶 Finding a place that not only allows pets but treats them with such kindness and respect is rare. The staff went above and beyond to make sure both my pups and I felt comfortable and at home. They are truly amazing employees—so warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. They are a credit to this hotel!
The room itself was fantastic. We had an awesome view from the window overlooking the city scenery, which was just beautiful to wake up to. It added such a special touch to our trip.
But the location? UNBEATABLE. You simply cannot beat it.
· Transport: The subway station is literally right in front of the main door of the hotel. You are connected to the entire city instantly.
· Tourist Spots: All the great tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. We barely needed transport because everything was so accessible!
If you are visiting Taiyuan, whether for business, leisure, or especially if you are traveling with pets, stop looking and book this hotel. It is very, very highly recommended.
I will definitely come back to this amazing hotel the next time I’m in town. Thank you again to the whole team at Yiyun Hotel for a flawless stay

PPengguna Tetamu酒店大堂經理安排的細心周到，早餐體驗非常好，孩子起的晚還給暖心打包了牛奶，麪包。尤其滿意的是車位非常寬，不用擔心開門殺！周圍有好幾個快充或超充電樁！還在餐廳用了晚餐，菜品也不錯，衹是在太原吃的小吃多了，晚上沒點太多的菜，丸子好吃，推薦！
