PPengguna Tetamu酒店的位置和服務很突出，首先説交通便利性，我是帶了六月齡的寶寶出差的，之前看網上説出租車繞路載人什麼的，為了避免沖突有時候選擇公共交通出行，中間去了趟晉陽湖公園，樓下88路公交車直達，還去了趟鐘鼓樓步行街，也是坐地鐵直達，去見客户都是地鐵直達，打車當然也很方便，酒店門口停車方便上下車，實際上除了第一晚太晚了專車費用有點虛高，其他時候打車還好。再有服務真的非常不錯，走到哪都有酒店工作人員打招呼，詢問是否需要幫忙之類的，我們住了兩晚，第二天要求換床單也都很快打掃好了，第二天晚上寶寶有點咳嗽，我問前台要體温計包括外賣的各種東西機器人都很快送到了，第三天走之前因為小寶寶睡著了，免費延時2小時。房間什麼的也都不錯，夠大，酒店比較新。

Hhighjea入住體驗滿分！酒店整體環境雅緻，公共區域乾淨大氣。房間打掃得一塵不染，用品齊全，床睡着特別安穩。前台工作人員特別温柔很甜美，態度温和，有需求響應很快，服務特別貼心。位置出行便利，整體性價比超高，值得五星！
尤其是接送機服務，簡直不要太方便，出門在外省大事了。早中晚餐也很不錯，早餐很豐盛。食堂大姐服務太周到了

PPengguna TetamuCould not fault this place. We had booked a bigger room, but it was on the main street, so decided not to take the risk. A slight downgrade was organised swiftly. Room very comfortable, with a nice big bathroom. A well equipped gym where I seemed to be the only user. Breakfast passable with toast, fruits, cereal, coffee and baked goods. We extended our stay to 4 nights. The service at the front desk, room servicing, breakfast was exemplary. The room maid left me a lovely book marker as she saw my lonely planet. (btw, LP mentions a restaurant at the start of the bu xing jie; I wouldn't bother).Hotel is 1km west of Tiyuguan metro station on line 2. Line 1 yet to open. Two stations north brings you 400m from Bell Tower Street, a bu xing jie where there are heaps of great eating places. One station north of Tiyuguan, then east as far as possible gets you to the old Taiyuan train station. Buses 308 or 804 (slow trip) gets you to JinCi Si; well worth the trip even just to see a 3,000yo tree

PPengguna TetamuWe spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe loved our stay in Taiyuan and this was probably the best overall hotel of our trip! If you can't find it in the alley simply walk into the most beautiful entrance. The interior designer must have been happy as well, lots of nice artwork and style, very nice room, comfy bed, great breakfast buffet. Perfect location yet quiet, in the old centre full of shops and restaurants, buzzy nightlife, don't miss the 'Paris Baguette' in the same alley! By the way, to get to the wonderful Jinci Temple we simply took the subway to Xiqiao and then a Didi.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店環境非常好!房間乾淨整潔!衞生也很好，設施設備也好，阿姨都會主動來清潔房間衞生，還有電視也非常棒!還有免費的可樂雪碧可以喝礦泉水無限飲，住的太舒服都不想回去了不帶一點誇張，酒店工作人員也都非常的有耐心和責任滴，其次最讓我喜歡的是洗浴和廁所是分開的!誰懂啊完全不會因為洗完澡濕鞋濕馬桶!而且智能馬桶是加熱的，哈哈哈坐上去非常温暖，全智能化超級方便! 還有夜間智能美顏鏡燈光真的很戳我!而且酒店很方便出行，旁邊有很多飯館，酒店位置對於坐飛機下飛機的人非常友好離的機場特別滴近，還有免費接送機場和南站服務，總的來説真的物超所值!前台真的很熱情，下次絕對還會回來住的!

PPengguna TetamuFrom the moment I walked into the hotel the hospitality was amazing. They were very helpful and kind, even when we got to the room the cleaner greeted us, showed us the room and asked us if we needed anything.
The room itself was big and comfortable with a good view. It has a decent gym and laundry service.

Mmel520Amazing location! The restaurant was surrounded by lots of restaurants and a bustling night market. Walking distance to many of the popular streets downtown. The room was clean and very comfortable and I really appreciated that there is a free washing machine/dryer to use. I booked the room with breakfast however due to an early flight I couldn’t eat so the front desk gave me extra snacks instead!

The room seems to be in a students accommodation building, the reception was changed to a different floor and was not the easiest to find out. The bed was comfy and the views really cool. MMufVinArI had a wonderful experience staying at the Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel. The hotel offers great comfort at an affordable price, complete with a bathtub in the room. I playfully requested flower decorations on the bed, honeymoon-style—and to my surprise, the hotel fulfilled the request for free! My wife was ecstatic, and I was genuinely impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile.
The breakfast and lunch were delicious, with halal food options available. The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to various destinations. There's even a Bank of China next door, perfect for foreign currency exchange or cash withdrawals.
Across the hotel, you'll find Ming Supermarket, which offers snacks at very low prices—great for souvenirs. There are also plenty of halal food vendors, including a Muslim-run lamb skewer stall and other street snacks, so you'll never go hungry.
While the hotel staff's English skills are limited, communication was smooth using Google Translate. The front desk even taught me how to order food online using *******. A highlight of our stay was their delivery robot, which brought food from the lobby directly to our room. It was impressive and fun to experience!
I highly recommend Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel for travelers seeking a delightful, hassle-free stay in Taiyuan. Their warm service and thoughtful amenities made our trip unforgettable.
