Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite.
I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly!
We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us!
The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed.
The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce).
The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices.
Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts.
The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?!
When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.”
Truly love this hotel!

首先是位置交通真的很方便，離地鐵站很近，去滕王閣等景點都很便捷。酒店整體非常乾淨衞生，從大堂到客房都讓人感覺很清爽。床品舒適，一覺睡到天亮，睡眠質量特別好。
特別要誇一下前台的小李和小林，服務態度超級好，非常熱情周到，從辦理入住到解答問題都很有耐心，讓人感覺很温暖。下次來南昌還會選擇這裏，也推薦給來南昌玩的朋友們

The hotel is in a an old area, so it is not so nice to walk around. The hotel bed is comfortable but the room is a bit small and the ventilation is not good. Staff is courteous, and the breakfast is ok.

Overview:
I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city.
The Good:
1. Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.
4. Service:
The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.
5. Location:
The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city.
The Drawbacks:
1. Room Size:
While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped.
2. Limited Dining Options:
While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery.
3. Noise:
Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers.

Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs.
Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food.
Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable.
Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry.
Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it.
Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. Finally, when checking out, with the hotel's permission, I took the conditioner, shampoo, and body wash because I really liked their subtle fragrance.

早餐：宝发赣菜馆，他们店价钱合理。
晚餐：赣六记. 江西小炒。
当然酒店也会提供美食，只是没有去品尝。
服务：由于我预定房间11pm抵达酒店，酒店服务员提供给别人，但第二天升级靠窗和马路上，但睡眠不好，最好还是不要，虽然可以看到外面风景。最后退房，经过酒店同意，带走护发素，洗发露和沐浴露，因味道香淡，我满喜欢的。

PPengguna TetamuSuper love the hotel location and service. 3-5min walk away from the food street. There is also a shao kao store next door. Staff were really friendly to recommend food around. Do take note that the hotel is located in the alley and taxi couldn't stop you directly Infront the hotel, but just a short 30sec walk outside. We love the hotel so much that we got a better room and extended our stay. Highly recommend!

PPengguna Tetamu還是可以信任如家。三亞訂酒店看了好多攻略，感覺坑特別多，太累了，糾結半天還是訂了如家neo。事實證明還是值得信賴的。雖然環境設施可能不如那些貴的，但是基本的軟硬件都沒得説，該想到的都想到了，這個價錢下這個條件很滿意了。
附近也很有煙火氣，走路10分鐘以內的地方有小學和中學，那塊很多地道的好吃的。

PPengguna TetamuThe apartment is very charming and offers a truly breathtaking view. The location is strategic, with easy access to the metro and all essential services, making it ideal for getting around the city without any hassle.
That said, with a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding place to stay. First of all, cleanliness needs attention: dust was present on almost every surface. The check-in process is also not very intuitive, especially for international guests. Without the help of a young man at the building entrance, we would not have been able to access the apartment.
One particularly disappointing aspect was the check-out management. Although check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, the electricity was cut off at 10:00 AM, leaving us without heating, hot water, and even the possibility of making a simple coffee for an hour. This significantly affected our final impression.
Finally, we had to follow up two days later to receive our security deposit, something that could easily be avoided with a more efficient management system.
In summary, the apartment has great potential, an excellent location, and a spectacular view, but it needs more attention to operational details. With better organization and care, it could truly reach the next level.
