PPengguna TetamuAs with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location, super close to everything in Ita Thai. Rooms are SO SPACIOUS! I’m 5’4 and I could almost stand up in the pod. There’s even room for your bags next to the bed and the whole pod locks so you don’t have to spay for a separate locker.
Staff are friendly. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom/shower room. There’s a kitchen area on ground floor and a rooftop. It wasn’t a sociable hostel really, but I wasn’t there for that so it was perfect.

It certainly felt luxurious, wonderful rooms and excellent service. The attentivness of the staff was fantastic and the buffet in the Crimson Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was fantastic many many options all of which were high quality, fresh and tasty!
The gym for a luxurious hotel was a let down, incredibly basic, but that is my only complaint.
The onson baths were magnificent, the naked hot spring onson on site was nice,
The views from every room as far as I cab tell are amazing the lake is and landscape is breathtaking and the hotel is cleverly designed to maximise this and the viewing of the landscapes.
We stayed in a japanese based room with tatami floors and futon beds.
The lake view rooms are significantly nicer and upon reflection I wish I had booked that one, but the japanese rooms was still a great experience and very comfortable.
If we were to return to sunmoon we would gladly stay here again.
The real highlights are the staff, the landscape/views and the buffet.
All make for an unforgettable stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was nice, and clean. We booked it for it has hot spring tubs inside the rooms. We enjoyed it very much. We also liked the buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast. We had a good one night stay visiting Sun Moon Lake, as it's close to the pier side where the bike trail starts. We only stayed for one night so we didn't get to use their other facilities.

PPengguna TetamuGreat view from the hotel and location is very close to Qingjing farm. Amenity like 7/11 and mos burger are close by. But if you aren’t driving. Then you have to walk abit to the hotel. Plus there is no lift and there are quite a number of stairs you need to climb to get there. Probably not suitable for family with elderly.

PPengguna TetamuGreat property, less than 5 min walk from the bus terminal. Well appointed room, very clean and great water pressure in the shower. Restaurant in the basement serves some good chinese food with al fresco sitting in front of the lake. Good breakfast is also served in the same restaurant. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They also provide good discounted tickets for some of the activities like the boat ride, gondola and round the lake shuttle bus. We really loved our stay there.

Ddominicttxthe place is a cozy home with very friendly hosts. the room matches the pictures accurately. the breakfast provided is very delicious. the room is not very soundproof and the location is a bit far from the main bus station (Shuishe Pier) but other than that, the stay was very enjoyable. they even have a voucher for a discounted bicycle rental for a store nearby.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is considerably cheaper than others in the area with similar-looking rooms and it is brilliantly-located right at the lakefront and only 2 minutes away from the bus terminal.
The staff is very friendly and you even get a discount voucher for the nearby bike rental.
I booked a room without a window and got one with two windows which is absolutely appreciated. I even had a very large bathroom with a gorgeous and huge bathtub which was an unexpected luxury.
Overall the room is clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly, the bed is comfortable enough for a few days, and the the linen and towels were fresh.
The interior is dated which didn't bother me me much because it was still as clean as dated interior can get and therefore definitely clean enough for me and for most travellers. I actually kinda liked the old charme.
The walls are thin, though it doesn't matter so much because there aren't many rooms per floor.
The breakfast was surprisingly nice and located in another hotel right at the lakefront so that you have stunning views!
