I’m happy with mostly many matters but really disappointed with the airconditioning. Eventhough I requested the technician to repair the aircond in my room…still the air cooling was poor and troubled my sleep…at 16 degrees indication it felt like 23 degrees…even the air volume was poor and less felt within the room. This is something they have to improve. Gym was good with basic amenities. Also very good convienience for airport drop hourly. Would be great if they can make it half hourly. Overall only concern was airconditioning and hope management steps up to improve this

Location it’s great! Room was very clean, and front desk, Ms liu was really friendly and helpful with my check in, would totally come back to this hotel when I’m back in gz!

Sudah lebih dua puluh tahun sejak kali terakhir saya melawat Guangzhou. Kali ini, saya membawa saudara-mara saya yang sudah tua untuk melawat. Saya sangat gembira kami memilih hotel ini, kerana banyak tarikan yang ingin kami kunjungi berdekatan, dan ia terletak di pusat bandar. Bilik hotel bersih dan kemas, dengan kemudahan yang baharu dan bersih. Semua bekalan yang diperlukan disediakan tanpa caj tambahan. Saudara-mara warga emas sangat kagum dengan sarapan pagi percuma, minum petang, dan snek lewat malam – sesuai untuk hidangan ringan antara hidangan utama! 👍 Pilihan sarapan pagi sangat baik, menawarkan pilihan Cina dan Barat, dengan pelbagai pilihan lazat dan berkualiti tinggi. Kopi percuma 24 jam merupakan sentuhan yang bernas. Mereka juga memasak mi sup, ban kukus, dan susu soya panas di lokasi, membuatkan kami berasa bertenaga setiap pagi. Pencuci mulut juga lazat – wajib dicuba! Saya pasti akan memilih jenama Xinuo lagi pada kali saya melancong nanti.

Lokasi hotel sangat mudah di persimpangan. Perkhidmatannya sangat baik dan bersih. Bilik ini sangat selamat untuk menginap. Sarapan pagi juga sangat bagus dan tempat letak kereta adalah percuma. Katilnya selesa dan mempunyai tilam yang empuk sedikit. Ia bersih, bersih dan berventilasi. Terutamanya butler meja depan Xiao Zhang dan butler Xiao Yun sangat prihatin. Terdapat bilik dobi di tingkat lima hotel dengan diri sendiri -servis mesin basuh dan pengering.Sangat mudah untuk menginap di hotel ini untuk urusan perniagaan.Lebih mudah untuk mencuci pakaian ketika melancong dan sebagainya.Pengangkutan juga mudah.Saya akan datang lagi lain kali.Secara keseluruhan,saya berpuas hati.

Throughout our stay, the team was attentive and proactive in seeking our feedback, showing genuine care in improving the guest experience. During nighttime, a service robot was available to deliver requested items, which was both efficient and added a nice touch of modern technology. The hotel enjoys a very convenient location, with Guangzhou Metro Line 2 (Nanzhou Station) reachable within a 5–10 minute walk, making it easy to get around the city. Daily conveniences are right at your doorstep — McDonald’s and a grocery store are located in the same row as the hotel, and the bus stop is directly in front of the entrance, making dining and transportation extremely convenient. I’ve stayed at Estandon Hotel in Guangzhou several times now, and it has become my go‑to place whenever I come for the Canton Fair. The combination of location, comfort, and value makes it one of the best hotels I’ve visited in the city. The location is very convenient for attending the Canton Fair, with the complex just a short drive or easy tram ride away, so getting to and from the exhibition is quick and stress‑free. The hotel sits in a modern part of Tianhe District, with easy access to transport, business areas, and nearby attractions, which is ideal after a long day at the fair. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern design that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Large beds, good bathrooms, and well‑maintained facilities create a very pleasant stay, and the city views from the higher floors add to the overall atmosphere. Every stay, I’ve found the room setup practical for both resting and catching up on work. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is calm and welcoming, which is something I really appreciate during busy fair days. The staff are friendly and helpful, and service in areas like reception and housekeeping is efficient and professional, making the experience feel smooth from check‑in to check‑out.

The place is clean, front desk made their best to communicate with us. My kids really enjoy staying there. They were so sad while leaving. The place is very spacious for a big family of 5. The view was everything. The canton tower was just at my bedroom balcony. The night view was amazing.The security was a plus. They offer a variety of food for breakfast and really cheap per person. You can find your way around easily. I will live there again and again. I really recommend that place.
