## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations. 我最近有幸住在天津杨柳青地区的一家很棒的民宿，我强烈推荐这里。作为一名从上海来的压力很大的企业家和医生，这次旅行对我来说是一段急需的休息时间，而这家民宿远远超出了我的预期。 The 杨柳青 area is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene environment that is perfect for reflection and deep thinking. It's a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing a tranquil oasis where I could relax and recharge. 杨柳青地区非常宁静，提供了一个适合反思和深思的安静环境。这里是远离城市喧嚣的绝佳之地，提供了一个可以放松和充电的宁静绿洲。 The design of the homestay is very traditional, showcasing beautiful elements of Chinese architecture. For foreigners wanting to experience authentic Chinese design and culture, this is a fantastic place to stay. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, from the cozy furnishings to the tasteful decor. It felt like a home away from home, which is exactly what you need when you're looking to unwind. 这家民宿的设计非常传统，展示了美丽的中国建筑元素。对于想要体验真正中国设计和文化的外国人来说，这是一个绝佳的住宿地点。每个细节似乎都经过了深思熟虑，从舒适的家具到雅致的装饰。它感觉就像一个远离家的家，这正是你在寻找放松时所需要的。 The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. They were attentive and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which I truly appreciated. 主人非常热情，从我到达的那一刻起就让我有宾至如归的感觉。他们的热情好客增添了个人色彩，使我的住宿更加愉快。他们非常细心，总是准备好提供我需要的任何帮助，这让我非常感激。 If you check my other reviews, you'll see that I often travel by train to various cities from Shanghai and stay at different places. Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. If you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke. There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

The service was excellent, especially the front desk manager Sally Ge, who was very thoughtful and considerate. She was very considerate in providing food and accommodation for us. She was very considerate in everything and handled any of our problems, making us feel perfect and like we were back home. The restaurant service was also very good, which made us very satisfied.

It has been over two years since I last stayed at this hotel. Upon my return this time, I was introduced to the hotel’s concierge, ELA. She warmly received me and pre-arranged my room for me. The view from the higher floors was excellent. The front desk quickly processed my check-in. Throughout my stay of two days, the concierge kept an eye on my situation and ELA arranged a late check-out at 14:00 for me. When I mentioned the issue with parking fees upon checkout, she proactively helped me inquire about a proper solution to my fullest satisfaction. I wholeheartedly approve of the staff’s attitude here. The hotel’s location is worth considering for future trips and stays with friends. I will come back - thank you ELA.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The room is clean and equipped with modern devices. Hotel staff are very kind and easy to reach. The only thing to improve is the breakfast timing. It will be better if it could start servicing at 6.30AM.

Room was great. We got a free upgrade and great service. However the shower room by the pool wasn’t as clean. Hair on the floor.  Bed was comfortable and there was a descent view of the river. Not an open panoramic  view. Breakfast was very so so. Food was meh with limited selections though it was only 68 rmb to add the meal. You are required a swim cap in the pool otherwise you have to buy one at 50-80 rmb each.  Room itself was great but the lobby and the pool is a bit rundown. Location was very good. Close to all attentions but quiet.  Not kid friendly as there is no kids club.  Pool is a bit small fyi.

This hotel has a prime location with excellent transport links, right next to the subway station. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff provided warm and hospitable service, and everyone was so nice. It was a highly satisfying experience.

Booked the connecting rooms. Rooms are huge and spacious. Hotel slightly dated but very good location and service. Kids left their toys in didi. They managed to help to retrieve the toys. Wonderful experience. But no aircon in March so rooms was warm. Open window and they gave portable fan cooler which helped a little.

Quiet neighbourhood with a handful of restaurants nearby including McDonald's. Room is clean, towels are sanitised and sealed in bags. A bit of through traffic as it's alongside a multi lane highway but wasn't noisy. Amenities are basic, 5 mins walk to the closest MRT station, about 40 mins train ride to commute to Tianjin railway station, direct line 9. Ample free parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or short stay.

Personal muy atento y amable, la habitación está perfecta, un poco corta de limpieza pero nada grave.
