Hotel berhampiran Menara Gendang Xian, Xi'an

Tempah tiga malam dan hotel ini menaik taraf bilik secara percuma. Perkhidmatan bilik sangat baik, begitu juga dengan perkhidmatan di meja depan. Mereka memberi baucar percuma untuk secawan Americano di kafe lobi tingkat bawah (perlu tambah bayaran jika tukar kepada minuman lain). Pilihan sarapan pagi banyak dan hidangannya segar. Lokasi hotel juga sangat bagus (kira-kira 12 minit berjalan kaki dari SKP dan Wenchang Gate). Secara keseluruhan, bilik ini berbaloi dengan harganya.

Menginap di kawasan istana 华清池 merupakan satu keistimewaan. Anda bukan sahaja boleh menikmati akses sepanjang hari ke tempat mandian air panas, malah anda juga mendapat kemasukan tanpa had ke taman. Saya pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini sebagai tempat percutian peribadi saya, untuk menyelami masa lalu namun dengan perkhidmatan yang terbaik dan benar-benar luar biasa. Terima kasih khas kepada layanan Cikgu yang membuatkan kami rasa seperti berada di rumah sendiri. Kakitangan di restoran juga sangat membantu, terutamanya untuk alahan makanan kami. Dan kemudahan moden adalah satu kelebihan. Hotel ini benar-benar merangkumi intipati sebuah hotel 5 bintang.

The Service of this Hotel out of my expectations, they’ve Hotel’s Business Car to drop me off at Grand Tang Mall, after 5:00pm, I try to get a Taxi line to take me back to the Hotel, but they are refused, so I have to call the Hotel luckily Ms. Selina the Sale Manager personally went out to pick me up, to ensure that she’d be there within 15 or 20 minutes. Unbelievable Selina, after knowing that I’m a Solo traveler and 75 old lady, She has been checking on me every City to see if I’m arrived safely and resting well before my next destination, because I’m going on travels around China

My stay at this hotel is unforgettable. They had staff came downstairs to pick us up upon our arrival, took care of all of our luggages and stuffs. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s signature woody scent enveloped the space with a sense of warmth and tranquility. It instantly eased my fatigue and created a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere that stayed with me throughout my visit. They were very patient on every little details, like what time we planned to have breakfast for another day, what time is the best timing to send in our late night snacks etc. The room is clean The room was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. This hotel didn’t just meet my expectations—it exceeded them in every way. I already look forward to come back this place. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We rent a total 5 rooms 5 night total of 10 people trip. The front desk has provided an excellent job and very good in keeping up in touch with us before, during and during emergency time. Good communication and gave us a free shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. Due to the flight cancel, the front desk also helps us to rebook anothet of stay. Helping us to send a parcel. One of my friend forgot his very valueble item in the room. By the time my friend realised this. He already 100 miiles away from the hotel. We called the front desk. And the front desk helped us by live video communication and searching thru out the room. And found the item. 100% and i will recommend this hotel. Good worker Very clean room, toilet very clean

Biliknya hebat. Saiznya bagus, penghawa dinginnya bagus. Hiasannya sangat comel dan unik. LOKASI YANG MENAKJUBKAN, sesuai untuk berjalan kaki dan kereta api bawah tanah. Kakitangannya hebat dan membenarkan saya mendaftar masuk lebih awal. 10/10 akan disyorkan.

The service is excellent. Usually I don’t feel the service of Marriott hotels are outstanding compare with other 5 star hotel. However, this Renaissance is an exception。 the rest, the cleanliness and location, are all nice. The breakfast is very worth to try, you will have surprise. I will definitely be back again.

This is a lovely hotel with kind, welcoming staff. I read some reviews saying the rooms are very old etc, but I don't see how that makes this hotel any less great - the rooms are still clean and well maintained. I arrived in Xi'an after 48 hours of hectic traveling due to a missed train, and the staff at Meihao Hotel were very welcoming, were happy to use translation apps to communicate with me. The room was large, with a view of the neighbourhood outside (mostly just traffic jams haha, but that's Xi'an). The location may not be super ideal for some as it isn't in the city centre, but honestly it was no inconvenience at all, as the nearest subway station is a brisk walk away -- about 5-7 minutes. If you're arriving by train and carrying a lot of heavy luggage, then yes, coming via subway might be a bit of a challenge (but not impossible!) The housekeeping staff especially were very warm and kind. Thank you for always brightening my day when I walked by you all. A few hours after I checked in, a lovely staff member knocked on my door and offered me a small bowl of soup. I was very confused as I hadn't ordered anything, but upon seeing other guests were receiving this too, I gladly accepted. It was such an unexpected, kind gesture -- this hotel truly knows how to make one feel welcome. I fell ill on the second day of my stay, and thankfully the room was so comfortable, I could recuperate well. My only complaint is that the bedsheets, comforter, pillowcases etc -- all the bedding essentially smells of cigarette smoke. I could also smell cigarette smoke from beyond my room's door at night. This was despite there being a clear sign in the room saying smoking was not allowed inside. Though this is certainly not something you can fault hotel staff for (if guests are adamant to smoke inside, what can housekeeping possibly do?), I just thought I would mention this for any other guests who might be very sensitive to the smell, perhaps you could request staff to rewash the bedding until the smoke smell is entirely gone. After checking out, I also noticed there were some freebies that were part of my booking that I unfortunately missed out on :( There was meant to be welcome fruit, afternoon tea for two and a midnight snack, which I would have loved to try. There was no welcome fruit offered, but I did receive some refreshing juice when I arrived to check in -- it was a hot day and I was grateful for the welcome drink. For the other stuff, as I didn't realise it was part of the booking perks, I never asked, and consequently seem to have missed out. I also want to say that aside from the rooms, the lobby area is quite lovely -- very tastefully decorated, peaceful, and I even saw they had some free coffee out for guests! I only noticed this when I was checking out though, and my taxi was already on the way to pick me up, so I could not indulge. Maybe it would be helpful if the reception staff could share all this info with guests when they check in, especially with the foreign guests who are already a bit confused and trying to get their bearings ^-^ Just a suggestion! Thank you for a nice stay. I will definitely be back again soon.

Cons: - Service was unprofessional. During check in on the first day, the front desk staff seemed clueless as to what he was supposed to do — he asked for our name (which was in English as we made the booking on Trip.com) and did not seem to be able to find our booking. Following this, he did not seem to know how to solve the problem and neither did he take the initiative to ask us for our passport. I had to offer our passport to him to help him find our booking. - After checking us in, the front desk staff did not provide any details as to where the restaurant was (as our package was inclusive of breakfast). Neither did he provide details as to where the washing machine and gym rooms were until we asked for these details. No instructions were given for connecting to the hotel WiFi, and we had to thereafter ask the staff for help with the connection as foreigners were unable to connect to the WiFi via the usual methods. - On the second day of our stay, we received a call from the front desk, who said that they were calling to verify our booking, as they were facing a shortage of rooms. This threw us off as it seemed that the hotel did not do their job of checking us in properly and the staff were not familiar with their own front desk or hotel procedures. Further, the staff made it sound as if we should bear the brunt of the consequences for this error and that we would have to move out given that they did not check us in properly and were facing a shortage of rooms. We had to emphasise again that our booking was confirmed on Trip.com. - One of the front desk staff who was on the night shift was also inattentive, rude and unprofessional. She was using her phone when we informed her that our room needed to be cleaned for the day, and subsequently did not seem to make a note of what we had told her. She merely gave us a dismissive “ok” and went back to using her phone. - The hallways would often have a strong cigarette smell even though we had requested for a non-smoking floor - As previous reviews had highlighted, the shower’s heating system would fluctuate between being hot and cold all of a sudden, which made it easy for users to fall sick especially in winter or be at risk of being scalded by the shower system. It would be good for the hotel to look into this, especially since this has not been fixed since the issue was surfaced in previous reviews - Location-wise there was a bus stop within 5 minutes walking distance, and lots of neighbourhood eateries nearby. However, the metro was rather far (about a 15 minute walk), unlike what is represented on the hotel’s Trip.com page. For those who would like to stay closer to the attractions such as the Bell and Drum tower and shopping malls, this location might be less ideal depending on preference. - One of the cleaning staff who cleaned our room on 27 December 2025 did not clean our room despite being reminded to do so, and when she eventually came, she did a slipshod job — she failed to refill the vanity kit, and while tidying the study desk, knocked over our boxes and bottles and did not even attempt to reorganise our items properly after leaving them in such a state. Pros: - Cleanliness was excellent and must be commended. The room, bedsheets, towels and amenities were always clean and spotless every day, which made this a pleasant and comfortable stay. - Most of the staff responsible for tidying our rooms were all extremely friendly and diligent, and was truly the highlight of our stay. They were also generous if we needed to request for more bottles of water or tissues. We had a pleasant experience with most of the cleaning staff, with the exception of one of them as mentioned above. - Hotel is very high-tech, with smart controls installed in the room which made it very convenient to access the lights, TV and air conditioning - Facilities including the hairdryer were very new and cleano

從香港一路向西奔赴古城西安，初次到訪便被這家高端民宿徹底圈粉，凌晨時分冒昧諮詢，老闆依舊熱情滿滿、秒速回應，不僅貼心安排提早入住，還專人引導至房間，細節處盡顯誠意。保潔大姐的親切問候，更讓我真切感受到西安人的淳樸與熱忱。房間體驗同樣驚艷，一梯一户的私密感拉滿，空間開闊通透。作為有潔癖的人，也完全被這份乾淨整潔與温馨氛圍打動，好感度直接拉滿！這趟西安之行因這家民宿更添美好，下次再來，這裏必然是我的不二之選。
