我們訂的是行政雙床房，入住時前台小姐姐幫我們做了升級到了高樓層正對世貿雙子塔的房間，早上拉開窗簾躺着看海。房間整體是亞朵一貫的簡約原木風格，床品柔軟，睡得很舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水穩定，隔音也不錯，晚上休息沒受干擾。
🍳早餐豐富，有本地特色
酒店早飯在“相招”餐廳用餐。種類比較齊全，有粥、麪條、包子、水果、酸奶等，還提供地道的沙茶麪味道挺好！

I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. I recently stayed at Blue shark see view Hotel in my trip to Xiamen and overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel is Situated in a touristy part of the city, close to public transportation, banks, restaurants and shopping malls. The room and common areas were decent and tidy. My room 1715 was spacious and it had a wonderful view, the only thing to importe is the stains on the ceiling and provide regular towels instead of disposable ones. breakfast is not included but there are cafes walking distance. The internet connection was good in general.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money and a comfortable stay in Xiamen.

This is a great hotel! Smallish rooms, but near tourist sites (Xiamen University, seaside, Shapowei). Rooms are comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel consists of two buildings. My room was in building 2 (the annex, opposite the main building), which was fine. At first, I was a little worried about noise, as my room directly overlooked the entrance to the main building. But in fact, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which was great! Not even much noise from other rooms, except some light muffled sounds. Much better than the average poorly soundproofed Chinese hotel, which in itself is a reason for me to highly recommend this hotel. The only negative point was that there's clearly some kind of leak in the bathroom, meaning there was all the time a small puddle of water near the toilet (other than that, it was fine). It was great to be able to use the washing machine for free (receptionist helped with that and even provided washing detergent for free). This area is popular with tourists, so some parts were crowded (in the past, I have stayed in other areas of Xiamen which perhaps as an area I preferred). I loved the network of little alleys that the hotel is located in though, which (unlike nearby Shapowei tourist area) seemed quaint and authentic. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

I wanted to experience staying in such tall buildings 😀 When the wind blows, you can hear whistling in the room. There’s also some kind of cracking sound. When you ride the lift, your ears get a bit clogged. The room is spacious, a bit worn, with a sewage smell. It’s clean, no tobacco smell. No insects. Soundproofing is average. The view from the window is mesmerizing.

The hotel was near zhongshan but need to walk around 500m away.but you'll see a lot of street food and shops along the way so its ok. The bed was quite hard. Amenities was ok. It was quite clean. Th .hotel was near an mtr station. Near a shopping mall. It is also not so far to the ferry port if you plan to go to gulangyu island but still need to take didi or taxi.

I don’t usually write a review but the service was amazing. Xiao Wu is friendly and helpful. He helped me to settle my taobao parcel issue with the courier and even delivered it (a luggage) to my room personally. He will also meet you at the lobby to help with the face registration. Room is aesthetically designed, clean, comfortable and great sound syste. Location is very convenient too.

Wonderful Environment:
The resort is beautifully situated, offering a perfect blend of lush, manicured gardens and serene landscapes. It feels like a hidden oasis away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet it remains conveniently located. The views are stunning, and the overall atmosphere is one of peace and relaxation. It's an ideal spot for both couples and families looking to unwind.
Excellent Hotel Facilities:
The facilities are top-notch. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a modern design with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Beyond the room, the swimming pool was a delight, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Every corner of the resort is maintained to a very high standard.
Standout Service from 小陈 (Xiao Chen):
While every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly, one individual truly made our stay unforgettable: a gentleman named 小陈 (Xiao Chen). His service was, without exaggeration, world-class. He was incredibly thoughtful and anticipatory, always seeming to know what we needed before we even asked. From offering insightful local tips to ensuring every small detail of our room was perfect, his attention to care was remarkable. He embodies the true spirit of hospitality and is a tremendous asset to the Kulangsi Resort.
Verdict:
I wholeheartedly recommend the Kulangsi Resort. The beautiful environment and excellent facilities provide the perfect backdrop, but it's the outstanding service from people like Xiao Chen that transforms a great stay into a truly memorable one. We will definitely be returning.

YYappariStory⭐ 5/5 — A Truly Exceptional, Warm-Hearted Stay at Zengcuo’an Village ⭐
I travel often and have experienced many different types of hotels and accommodations over the years. From 25 Nov 2025, I stayed at Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) for 12 nights, and extended my stay by another 3 nights because it genuinely felt like home. That alone says everything. 😊
From the moment I arrived, the experience was not just comfortable, but deeply warm and reassuring, thanks to the owner and housekeeper who went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. 🙏
I stayed in the Huacai Balcony Tub Room on the 5th level. I believe this is the only accommodation in Zengcuo'an that has an elevator.
The room was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The large bathtub and giant HD projector made every evening wonderfully relaxing. The balcony overlooks Zengcuo’an Village and is just 50 metres from the village church. I even enjoyed a beautiful sunrise at around 6:30am right from my room. 🌄
The location is outstanding. It’s about 200 metres from the main entrance of Zengcuo’an Village, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. There are countless eateries nearby, including my personal favourite right in front of the accommodation — 福鼎肉片小吃店, run by the warm and amiable 美金姐, a 56-year-old local lady (highly recommended!). 😋😋
Convenience stores, fashion and accessory shops, souvenir stalls, luggage shops, spas, travel agencies — and even a McDonald’s — are all within easy reach. 👍👍
Several attractions are also within walking distance, including Pearl Public Beach and Music Square. One of the smartest ways to explore Xiamen is the CNY 50 hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus (24 stops), with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the village on the right side. It’s honestly the most affordable and efficient way to see the city.
What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the people. 👬👭 The owner, 许老板, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He patiently gave directions, recommended places to visit, pointed out nearby essentials like the bank and pharmacy, and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was away for a few days. When I checked out, I was down with a cold — he not only helped with my luggage, but also personally drove me to the airport, making sure I arrived safely. That level of care is rare. 💯💯💯
The housekeeper, 秀容, is equally wonderful. Always smiling, always attentive, she made sure I was comfortable every single day — from providing extra water, tissues, and towels to quietly checking that everything was in order. Her warmth made the entire stay feel effortless and homely.

One last tip: don’t miss the sunset. Walk across the overhead bridge from the village and enjoy the beach scene between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — it’s absolutely unforgettable.🌻🌷

PPengguna Tetamuthe scenery was gorgeous at night and in the morning,, definitely would recommend! front desk receptionist was also really helpful to us ! i bought taobao and both receptionist was very kind enough to help me find my parcel and the lady even helped me with the pick lockers because i was not a local so i did not know where it was. there are loads of food around the hotel as it was a 2-3 minutes walk away from zhongshan lu!! overall the stay in the hotel is very clean, and there was room service everyday so don’t need to worry if you make a mess. everything is provided as well and receptionist is also very kind enough to let us know about the scams that we have to be wary about! very informative and friendly personalities !! definitely recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a good hotel for an affordable price !

BBlindSmileThis was my second time staying here, and I chose the Deluxe Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and felt more like a serviced apartment—with a huge sofa that could easily seat 6–8 people, a proper living area, and a comfy king bed that made it easy to get good rest.
The hotel has its own dedicated lobby for drop-off and pick-up, which made arrivals smooth and hassle-free.
Staff were friendly and attentive. I was offered free breakfast, and they even helped with laundry by moving my clothes from the washer to the dryer and placing them at the counter for pickup—just let them know in advance.
The food was great, with a mix of Western and Chinese options that were both delicious and satisfying.
The location is convenient, especially if you're attending events at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, and getting around the area is easy.
Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Everything was handled with care. I’ll definitely be back.
这是我第二次入住这家酒店，这次选择了豪华套房。房间非常宽敞干净，更像一个服务式公寓——有超大的沙发，能坐下6到8个人，还有独立的客厅空间，特大床也非常舒适，睡得很好。
酒店有独立的大堂接送区，上下车非常方便，特别适合带行李或打车进出。
工作人员非常友善且乐于助人。他们为我提供了免费早餐，还贴心地帮我把洗衣机里的衣服转移到烘干机，然后放到前台等我来取——提前告诉他们一声就可以。
中餐和西餐都很好吃，早餐种类丰富，品质也不错。
酒店的位置很方便，去厦门国际会展中心非常近，出行也很方便。
整体体验非常顺畅和舒适，服务周到，物有所值。下次还会再来。

Beside the hotel side door is 24hr mart and Luckin coffee, very convenient. Although the hotel looks abit dated but cleanliness is still up to standard and room is spacious. Laundry room and gym is abit hectic to get to, u need to climb a flight of stairs from 2nd floor to 3rd floor ( not accessible by lift). I liked the customer services from the reception and housekeeping, they attended to our issues promptly and sincerely. We had enjoyed the stay with the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 9:45 PM on the eve of Chinese New Year. Given the late hour and festive season, we were concerned that nearby restaurants might already be closed. To our pleasant surprise, several small eateries within 50 meters of the hotel were still open, allowing us to enjoy a proper late dinner. It was a reassuring start to our stay.
The hotel’s environment is comfortable and welcoming. The lobby features a bright, clean design with warm wood tones and soft lighting that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A tasteful display area and cozy seating space add a subtle blend of business functionality and artistic charm. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient despite the late hour.
We stayed in the Premier Themed Room (Japanese Style with Sakura), which was truly one of the highlights of our trip.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully designed Japanese-inspired interior. Warm lighting, wooden flooring, and delicate sakura (cherry blossom) wall art created a serene and elegant ambiance. Wooden partition panels and subtle decorative details added refinement, giving the space an artistic yet tranquil feel — almost like a small ryokan-style retreat in the heart of Xiamen.
The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. A charming feature was the private balcony, which allowed fresh air in.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens. The mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
All essential toiletries were generously provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, slippers, and towels. Everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained, reflecting attention to guest comfort.
The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It offered a good variety of well-prepared options, making it a satisfying way to start each day.
The location is highly convenient, close to the Xiamen International Convention & Exhibition Center, with California Plaza Shopping Mall next door offering numerous dining choices. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is an excellent option.
Most importantly, the nightly rate was very reasonable and offered excellent value, especially considering the themed décor, balcony, full amenities, and included breakfast. The stay exceeded our expectations.
We would gladly choose this room again on our next visit.

KKelakemier房間很大，很乾凈，而且就在海邊，視野超級遼闊，超級好。
住在這裏，不管到廈門機場，還是到五通碼頭都很方便，尤其到五通碼頭衹有幾分鐘的時間。
下次到廈門，有機會還是會住這裏的。

PPengguna TetamuReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
