We had a wonderful stay at Wunuan Homestay in Jiaoxi. The location is very convenient, especially if you're driving. It is just a few minutes from the highway exit—simply turn right after exiting, and you'll reach the homestay within minutes. The surroundings are peaceful, scenic, and a refreshing escape from the city. One of the highlights was the river right in front of the property. True to the previous reviews, you can fish there, and it was a memorable experience for our family. We enjoyed spending time outdoors and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Driving made it easy to explore the surrounding area. There are many beaches, farms, and family-friendly attractions nearby, although having a car is definitely recommended. The roads were quiet with very little traffic, and we loved the wide open fields, greenery, and the absence of high-rise buildings. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy nature. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He recommended excellent local food, suggested places to visit, and even assisted us with making reservations, which made our trip much smoother. The homestay itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for families. Our room comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our teenage son, and we had plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. One small point to note is that the bathroom floor can become quite slippery when wet, so extra care is needed, especially for children and older guests. Hotel is very clean and provided many amenities such as slippers in room and whole day complimentary snacks. Hot spring tub in the room is also very clean. Overall, enjoyed the stay in the hotel and would choose to stay in this hotel again.

Love this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!

The bathtub feels like breaking apart, bits of the glue is coming off and it felt bits of sand whenever U use it. And I use it for 4 nights. Shower door corners and door are also mouldy. Bathroom needs a revamp badly. AC is centralised, you can't adjust the temperature, and the temperature drops at wee hours. I needed additional towel to cover myself the blanket. Everything else is good. I like the bed and location especially.

The hotel is good for relaxing as you can enjoy the spa. Their design is nice too. Very enjoyable to stay. It will be perfect if they have amenities like laundry. The room has some smell due to humidity at first but it is alright after the aircon and dehumidifier is operating for awhile.

The room was big and spacious for family of 3. My boy age 5 love the car rides. Location was ok as we drive to the hotel. Carpark was pretty narrow. Breakfast has a good spread. the only cons was the missing hand wash , no amenities are fine but at least provide hand wash.

The floor was kind of dirty, but overall service was really good. Abit small for 4 people but that is expected. My friend had a dust allergy and they helped to change the sheets. Location is quite good, near shops and night markets. There is a washing machine but the dryer wasnt working..
