NNonjabulo Rachel ZondoPerfect Location, Amazing staff, from the reception to the cleaners. Got to use the gym, well equipped and very clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay , it wasn’t the first and definitely not the last.

FFolarinKIt was an interesting stay with friends visiting on business, well suited location, 10-20 mins from each market direction. Friendly and helpful staff, but they need to improve on their Breakfast menu, everything thing else is good.

PPengguna TetamuThe bottle pump of the shower gel was broken, after complaining hotel ”replaced” the broken bottle, so end up total 6 bottles - 2 bottles shower gel, shampoo & conditioner each.
The chair was broken with slanting back and unable to adjust, after complaining the chair was fixed with adjustable, the back is still slanting and might fall down if user did not aware of it.

BBKTanNormally l don't give bad review for any hotel l stayed but on the down side, the hotel management needs to review the functionality of their centralised air-conditioning. I was offered to upgrade to a brighter room with a fees which l gracefully accepted for 2 nights ( was told the room was 2 grades higher than my original reservation), indeed the room has a glass wall facing the afternoon sun, despite it's winter, only realised the room was too warm to stay in the afternoon. I tried to adjust the air-condition but failed due to its centralised control system. Twice approached the hotel staff for assistance, was told they can't adjust it and advised to turn-on minimum fans speed (tried but failed too). I believed the management was aware of this with a notice put up at the lift entrance that they will try their best to adjust to suit majority of the guest ( pl view photo enclosed). I do believe this approach does not fit into hospitality sector. In order to alleviate the condition, l opted to open the door and window while having my afternoon nap without turning on air-condition :(
However on the positive sides, the hotel provides good breakfast, free DIY laundry with detergent ang dryer, afternoon snacks ( roasted sweet potatoes), late checkout, strategic location.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was generally good, but there were some things I didn’t understand. For a hotel like Marriott, I was surprised that there were no drinks in the room and the refrigerator was empty.
The restaurant in the lobby was nice and the food was tasty. However, many of the reception staff did not speak English, which was inconvenient.
Overall, this hotel felt very different from other Marriott hotels. For me, the price and quality did not match.
The only thing I really liked was that breakfast was delivered to the room on time. However, when we ordered fruit and juice to the room from the restaurant, it took more than an hour to arrive, which was extremely slow.

AAbdalaffuI stayed at Xizi Libai International Hotel for 3 nights on my first visit, and overall it was a positive experience.
The location is excellent, situated between Futian 2 and Futian 3, which makes it very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly. Although they don’t speak English, they genuinely try their best to communicate in any way possible, which I really appreciated.
Access to the upper floors is smooth and efficient. The room was very spacious with a great view. Cleanliness was acceptable, though it could be improved.
I stayed in room 1103, and one of the marble tiles in the shower floor was broken, which was a bit uncomfortable.
There is a fridge in the room, which is a big plus. Also, the hotel offers a good number of washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. Check-out was easy and quick.
However, during peak hours (5–7 PM), it was difficult to get a DiDi ride.
I would recommend this hotel to others. There are also some halal restaurants nearby, which is a great advantage.

AARAS_313Overall, the stay was good, but the experience at reception really put a dent in it. We arrived a bit early around 7:30am, not realizing that check-in wasn’t until 10am. That’s on us, but the way it was handled wasn’t great. Instead of calmly explaining, the receptionist was quite rude and raised her voice, which felt unnecessary.
When we returned later, I spoke with someone more senior possibly the manager, who said she would address the issue. I also made sure to express directly how uncomfortable the situation was.
On the positive side, the room itself was really nice and comfortable, which helped make up for the rough start.

MM787019****這次住的酒店整體挺讓人滿意的。停車方便，酒店旁邊還有公交站，出門坐車特別省事，不管是去景點還是商圈都很方便。 房間住得還算可以，空間不算侷促，日常活動完全夠用。洗漱用品也挺齊全，牙刷、梳子和麪巾都是獨立包裝的，用着放心。保潔都會準時來打掃，換垃圾袋、補日用品都很及時，桌面地板始終乾乾淨淨的。 前台和樓層服務員態度都特別好，入住時耐心解答問題，退房時還主動幫忙提行李，全程都笑眯眯的，讓人感覺很親切。下次再來這附近，應該還會選這家。

Location is great.
I booked a 90 RMB single bed room. It was the cheapest over there.
Flush was not working properly. Towels changed daily.
Bed sheet indont know they changed or not, i staied there for 4 days.
Towel, Toot brush kettle, AC No water bottle.
Small extra space, small bed for 1 person.
10 min walk and Indian food available.
