The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the overall hotel environment looks great. As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a lovely, pleasant smell, which makes a really nice first impression. The outside environment is beautiful, with a big pond and a nice, spacious area to walk around. It's perfect for a morning stroll. There's also plenty of space for children to play outside, and they can even feed some of the animals — a lovely touch for families. The hotel also offers small activities like DIY crafts for children, which kept the little ones happily engaged. The service is outstanding — the staff is very friendly and always quick to help with anything you need. A special mention to Manager Jet, who is very welcoming, helpful, and conducts himself professionally throughout our stay. I also really appreciate that if there's a Chinese holiday during your stay, the hotel will give you thoughtful gifts based on the festival. It's a lovely cultural touch that makes the experience even more special. The food is another highlight. Everything I tried was high quality and tasted great, whether it was breakfast, dinner, or a snack. The hotel also has a gym and a spa, both of which are very good. Whether you want to stay active or relax, they have you covered. Overall, Primus Hotel Xuzhou is a very good hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It made navigating the city completely hassle-free and saved me a lot of time and transport money. * **Close to Shopping:** If you love to shop or want more entertainment options, a major mall is only about 2 kilometers away—just a quick drive or a short transit ride from the lobby. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the sheer convenience of the location cannot be beaten. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel also provides laundry service, which is very convenient. If you want to go out for food, it is only about 8 CNY by taxi to nearby restaurants. You can also order food delivery, and the hotel uses a robot to deliver the food to your room, which is very interesting and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended. 这是一家非常舒适又安静的酒店。房间干净整洁，也非常舒适，让人可以好好休息。前台工作人员都非常有礼貌、热情而且乐于帮助。 酒店还提供洗衣服务，非常方便。如果想出去吃东西，打车大约只需要8元人民币就可以到附近的餐厅，也可以点外卖，酒店会用机器人把外卖送到房间，非常有趣又方便。 整体来说是一次非常愉快的入住体验，值得推荐。

Clean , very good location with restaurants and bars just outside the hotel premises. It’s priced same as other hotels in its class but I think the location gives it an edge. This Hotel is ideal If you’re traveling to Xuzhou for business.

到達徐州很早 想把行李寄存 酒店工作人員很熱情幫助看了有空房讓我們提前入住 給我們節約了很多時間 也問我們需不需要早餐服務 滿足了我們對人生地不熟的需求 服務很專業 有一對一私人管家 離店還給了水 讓我我得到了徐州的友好 非常值得入住 整體很滿意👍

Room is clear and quite. Breakfast have a lot of selectoion. Super close to high speed railway. Definitely will come back again.

房間內是整齊的，床單白凈，衞生間大，還有礦泉水晾衣架。酒店周圍不吵，隔音好，攜程142一晚的價格十分值得。

Staff are very ery friendly and helpful, the room is big and clean, equipped with kettle and cooking facilities, even a washing machine, although we didn't try the cooker or the washing machine. But the decorations are old and shabby, which is a shame. We would happily pay double if the wallpaper and the vanity unit is in a better condition. All in all, it is a good hotel, value for money and I will well recommend it.
