I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.

I had an early morning flight, and this hotel was located in a block with other hotels. My taxi dropped me off in front of another similar-sounding hotel, so I had to carry my luggage a few hundred meters to the end of the road. At walking distance, there were a couple of good dining options. However the area isn't densely populated. The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable. The staff too was professional and friendly. I'd stay again.

This hotel was perfect to finish off my germany trip, the location is quiet even if it's near the train rail and it was lovely taking videos of it. Out of all 3 hotels that I've checked in this hotel was the cleanest, and has the nicest interior. The staff was very helpful and friendly even if it was late at night, they have their own bar and restaurant perfect if you just want to relax after long trips. Just 10-15 minutes walk it's near the skyline plaza (mall) perfect for your last minute shopping... I would definitely come back here.

From my arrival, to my departure, and throughout my stay, the Hotel Team were superb! Amarin SIM and his colleagues treated me like a 6-star guest. From early check in (as there was capacity), through to included breakfast, to helpful hints on local haunts and public transport, and a whole lot of time and empathy for a solo-traveller exploring the City. The rooms (I have stayed at the Hampton Frankfurt Airport a few times now) were clean, neat, tidy and modern. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and the breakfast was ample and tasty for the price - the freshly made spice-waffles were a real treat! The gym is modest, however if you arrive outside peak times, you will enjoy its decent appointments (it is open 24 hours so no stress there), and the bar and communal seating area is inviting. If I have to summarise my experience, then I would say: Excellent facilities at ANY Price - and all that for a fair price.

I stayed here over New Year’s, and what a wild experience that was in Frankfurt! It also made me realize just how poor the hotel’s soundproofing is — I could hear all the chaos and noise throughout the night.
On the bright side, the location is great, just a short walk from the train station. Still, the area can feel a bit unsafe at night, especially during New Year’s celebrations, so be cautious if you’re heading out late.

VVaish’sI had a comfortable and convenient stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Messe during my recent trip.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location—it’s very close to the Frankfurt Messe (exhibition center) and well-connected by tram and train, making it easy to get around the city.
The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. While not very spacious, they are thoughtfully designed and perfect for a short business or leisure stay. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good spread including breads, fruits, eggs, and beverages. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the staff manages it reasonably well.
The staff were polite and helpful, assisting promptly with check-in and any queries.
A small downside is that the hotel can feel a bit busy due to its proximity to the Messe, especially during events. Also, room sizes may feel slightly compact if you’re traveling with multiple suitcases.
Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel in Frankfurt, especially if you want convenience, cleanliness, and reliable service without spending too much.

PPengguna TetamuI booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast.
Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.

PPengguna TetamuSehr schickes „Designhotel“, tolle Deko in den Gängen und Foyer und überall. Nette freundliche Rezeption, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Etwas unter den Erwartungen blieb das vegane Frühstück. Zwar jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber dennoch kein Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, die ähnliche Angebote (vegane Frühstücke) anbieten. Erst einmal ist der ganze Gedanke, in dieser Kneipengegend ein Hotel mit diesem Konzept (fair, nachhaltig, vegan, Gemeinschaftsgedanke) zu etablieren. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall einen tiefen Schlaf haben oder die bereitliegenden Ohrenstöpsel benutzen, am Wochenende wird es sehr laut. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut, man ist schnell am Römer und die Bus und Bahnverbindung ist auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Kleine Italiener und andere Restaurants sind auch nahe. Würde ich nur aufgrund des veganen Frühstücks wiederkommen? Nein. Und wer das vor hat oder Wert darauf legt, sollte eines wissen: Brötchen mit veganer Wurst und Scheibenkäse kann man sich genauso auch gut zuhause machen, Joghurt mit Beeren auch. An die Betreiber gerichtet: Schaut euch mal das Ahead Hotel in Brandenburg an: Geile Sorten veganer Käse, selbstgemachte Waffeln, selbst gemachte Aufstriche, halt alles ein bisschen spezieller. Das was ich in jedem Lidl bekomme, dafür brauch ich nicht ins Hotel. Dennoch bleibt es sehr lobenswert, überhaupt ein veganes Konzept durchzuziehen. Auch der Filterkaffee und Cappuccino waren sehr lecker. Hier noch zwei Anmerkungen: Betrifft mich zwar selbst nicht, aber wer Gluten nicht verträgt, der kann sowohl die Brötchen, Croissants als auch die Hafermilch mit Müsli nicht essen, da wäre Sojamilch als Alternative schon irgendwie cool. Und warum muss bei dieser geringen Auswahl ein Cappuccino extra kosten? Wir zahlten knapp 160€ für 4 Tage Frühstück und im Grunde gibt es das auch alles im nächsten Supermarkt. Wer trinkt denn mehr als 1-2 Cappuccini zum Frühstück, kann man da nicht einfach sagen, das ist im Preis mit drin? Die Zimmer sind ja auch nicht ganz günstig. Also, lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Cooler Aufenthalt, in einer wilden Gegend mit tollem Konzept, aber nur wegen dem (wenn auch sehr leckeren Frühstück) würde ich nicht kommen. Dazu wünsche ich mir etwas mehr, was den Hotelaufenthalt zu etwas besonderem macht und nicht veganer Scheibenkäse aus der Packung. Vielleicht könnte man da mal mit lokalen Betrieben zusammenarbeiten, es gäbe ja richtig tolle Käse- und Wurstalternativen bspw. aus Mandel- oder Blumenkohl.

The hotel is quite clean and budget-friendly. However, only shampoo was provided; other amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and shower gel were not available.
The reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and speak English. I recommend this hotel for a short-term stay.

TTim Captures MomentsWe stayed one night at the niu Charly in Frankfurt, just across from the Hauptbahnhof. The hotel itself was excellent — modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast on the top floor was a highlight, with a full selection and great views. The location was super convenient, as we dropped off our rental car at the station and walked straight to the hotel.
The only thing to be aware of is the area around the station. It’s very busy, with a lot of street activity and groups of people around, especially in the evening. We felt safe inside the hotel, but less so walking outside at night. During the day it was easier, and the hotel staff and facilities were fantastic.
Overall, a great hotel in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience — just keep in mind the character of the station district if you’re planning your stay.

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they have a balcony which makes up for it.
The breakfast is a selection of breads with cold meats, cheese and spreads. There is also cereal and yogurt for those trying to cut the carbs.
Overall, it was a good stay.
