FFRANCISSEOWSpent 2 nights. Location is excellent, close to the main train station, and short walking distance to most attractions and eateries. Breakfast spread is wide. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

MMonica WoongThe location is okay, about a 15-minute walk from Heidelberg Central Station.
The room was very spacious. I really liked the pantry area – it had everything we needed: a small fridge, dishwasher, induction cooker, coffee maker, and full kitchenware. Very convenient.
The bathroom was also large and suitable for elderly people or anyone needing extra care. It had heated floors, good hot water, and strong water pressure. The only downside was no toiletries like toothbrush or comb, but they do provide basic items like tissues and toilet paper.
The bed, pillows, and blanket were comfortable. The room light was a bit dim when the curtains were closed. It would be nice if slippers were provided. The air conditioning and heating worked very well.
The price was fair for Germany. Breakfast costs £17 if you book in advance, or £19 if you walk in. The breakfast had a wide variety of standard European options.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has a great location, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around. However, it’s right next to the tram track, so you can expect some noise, especially at night. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, which was generally clean and comfortable, but there were some visible ceiling edges. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you don’t mind a bit of city noise.

Parking expensive and difficult to find, so need clear instructions. TV remote didn’t work. Gave our room to someone else, which was frustrating having been travelling and on the move for 13 hours, but gave a parking refund due to the inconvenience whilst they sorted another room.

MMichaelOverall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking.

Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!)
Lift: old and small but it works!
Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out.
Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small.
Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!
