Hotel berhampiran Städelsches Kunstinstitut, Frankfurt

Das Hotel war super, die Lage ist top und das Zimmer war groß und voll ausgestattet. Leider wurde uns an der Rezeption nicht gesagt wo unser Zimmer liegt und wir mussten selber suchen und am Sonntag wurde nach 10 keine neuen Handtücher mehr verteilt bzw es gab keine Zimmer Reinigung mehr.

Excellent hotel with clean, modern rooms and a fantastic location. Great amenities and comfortable accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Frankfurt.

I heard it’s quite dangerous to walk near the Hbf at night. So the location of the hotel was the priority to me. The hotel was very close to Berlin Hbf. (3-4mins on foot,Use the small gate at the end of the Gleis 1.) Front desk staffs are nice and generous. The room was cozy for one person. I also liked that breakfast was included. Eating out in Germany is quite expensive, so I had a big breakfast during the stay.

The location of the hotel was very nice because it’s close to the city center. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, my room was close to the main street, which caused some disturbance due to car noise during the night and early morning.

The hotel was great, the service so welcome, the pool althpugh mentioned that its heated but looks like it was heated the Herman way which so cold, its location needed all the time the shuttle they offer to go to the airport and from there to the city of Frankfurt. The breakfast was somehow expensive for what it was offered and no where I went I paid the same for a child as its known they eat almost nothing, so I believe that it should habe been either free or 1/2 the price. In the room there wasn‘t sugar nor tea bags.

The location is close to main train station but the area is not as attractive with drunkards and drug ******* and drug dealers. I’d prefer some sort of security, like a key card to get access to hotel rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful though.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. You can watch planes take off and land right from your window, making it an excellent choice for aviation enthusiasts. However, the location is somewhat inconvenient in terms of transportation. If you try to walk directly from the airport to the hotel, it feels like you are walking right on the main road, which feels a bit unsafe. You really need to take a shuttle to get there, but the downside is that the shuttle isn't free and requires an additional fee.

Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr soliden Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist die Sauberkeit – sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bad waren sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Dusche hatte einen überraschend starken Wasserdruck, was nach einem langen Tag wirklich angenehm war. Auch das Bett war bequem, sodass man gut schlafen konnte. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war das Personal: Der späte Check-in wurde flexibel und unkompliziert ermöglicht, was die Anreise deutlich entspannter gemacht hat. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Everything was excellent Just one annoying thing is that they set 3PM for check in as standard on their self check in machine Room was ready but the machine was set to 3PM so telling that room was not ready They should give the room before 3PM if the room is ready for families with kids Its hard to wait for 3PM with kids with no valid reason A&O Munich allowed us to check in at 1:30 because the room was ready

No lift. The front desk changed for me to the 1st floor room. The Room is spacious. Halal shop nearby.
