我不知道現在國內如家或者7天是什麼配置，這家假日express貌似跟holiday inn一點關係沒有，那個簡陋的程度我的天。洗手枱裝得超級高，旅行在路上看到一個小日子的矮老太，當時就在想她都沒這家酒店的洗手枱高…早餐差，味道也不好，鹼水麪包和香腸這些都沒有。在市政廳外圍一圈的一家餐廳吃了一頓晚餐，人不多而且是當地人來捧場，味道還行。

Nice and clean property. Breakfast options are good and sufficient. 5 mins walk to the tram line 2. Service is good. No front desk post 11pm, so make sure not to loose the key if returning late.

Es war alles sehr gut, vor allem das Frühstück. Der Teppichboden war stark verfleckt, auch auf den Sitzmöbel waren Flecken. Der Rest der Wohnung war sehr saubrr. Dad Petsonal war sehr freundlicj und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

I was at the hotel and I get other 3keys when I personally booked for 4 room !!! I went out to club with friends when I returned to the hotel I didn’t get my key to my room I waited at the reception for more than 1 hours non of your staff came out .. I have to sleep outside that day ,,, am not happy with the service and I didn’t use the room because nobody gave me keys to my room I booked

Great value for money! Very friendly staff to support our big group so that we could have breakfast together. Located in the heart of the city, perfect to start sightseeing trips.

Am Abreisetag hat das Housekeeping bereits ab 8:30 Uhr mehrmals stündlich an die Türen im Flur geklopft. Dadurch wurde ich (und auch die Zimmernachbarn) ständig geweckt und konnte nicht mehr ausschlafen, obwohl die offizielle Check-out-Zeit erst um 12 Uhr war. Normalerweise ist es nicht erforderlich, am Abreisetag eine „Bitte nicht stören“-Karte aufzuhängen, da davon auszugehen ist, dass Gäste bis zur Check-out-Zeit ungestört bleiben möchten. Dieses Verhalten war daher sehr störend und hat meinen Aufenthalt am Ende leider negativ beeinflusst.

호텔 객실은 사진에 나온거처럼 깔끔하고, 엘레베이터 맞은편 방을 사용했지만 생각보다 방음도 잘 되는지 사람들 소리가 거의 안들렸어요 에어컨이 따로 있어서 놀라웠어요! 에어컨을 제대로 즐기고 왔습니다 🥰 침대 매트리스가 정말 최고였어요 👍🏼 수많은 호텔에서 잘때마다 매트리스가 불편해서 제대로 잠을 못잤는데 제대로 꿀잠 잤어요 🤩 Wahnsinnig gute Matratze, echt gut geschlafen 🤓 Ich kann dieses Hotel bedingungslos empfehlen. Wenn ich wieder nach Augsburg komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 🙋🏻

Good Location; very nice with the pool, sauna etc. but the service could be way better. Staff doesn’t even speak German that well. Reception isn’t there 24/7. Room is very tiny, no AC, can’t close the window all the way. But all in all still an acceptable Hotel to stay in.
