TTeacher JoThe hotel was beautiful - more than a hundred years of history nestled beside the pyramids! Pyramid view daily was real! One point to note was the good service of the buffet staff at the restaurant. The buffet was clearly not catered to the Asian palette despite so many Asians (Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, Malaysians, Singaporeans, ********* and hongkongers) staying at their hotel. Their variety at the lounge was terrible too (catering mostly Indian food as they have only an Indian and Italian restaurant on site). I suggested that the variety of food should cater to the guests at the hotel. When there are more Indian guests by all means increase the Indian variety but when they are Asian guests, increase the Asian varieties. Wageh (the manager) took my suggestion and asked me what would he preferred. I said a simple egg fried rice with cabbage and a simple chicken fried noodles would capture the hearts of Asians. He changed the menu for the next couple of mornings and the Asian section got wiped out!
He’s really a rare gem that would listen to feedback and work on it. He was so happy when the food was finished and he had to get the chef whip up more! Amazing attitude there! I hope the hotel would give him the best employee award.
One point to note. The staff (the lady at the counter and the chef) at the lounge were terrible. They gossiped behind our backs and were glad we were gone. Excuse me, we have a translation app on the phone that captures every conversation spoken. WE KNOW WHAT YOU WERE SAYING. So unprofessional and I hope the hotel gives them a warning and ethical education to be better people.

PPengguna TetamuAfter staying in various hotel all around Egypt with various star ratings, the Sheraton hotel is truly an international 5 star hotel. From the front desk reception being helpful and friendly to the buffet selection which was large and very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I arrived late at night and got upgraded to a suite. So I can’t complain about this because the room was so beautiful and it was close to 2,000 square feet. Bed sheets was nice.
The only complain I have is there is no sockets for today’s travelers who need to charge their phones and devices. You would have to plug in a travel adapter first for your devices to charge. If they can add USB A & C sockets everywhere in the room, that would be so much better

El desayuno en la azotea genial, repetitivo, pero agradable.
Las habitaciones cuidadas y limpias.
No esperes un hotel europeo al uso, estás en Egipto.
Está ubicado en una tercera planta, en la zona de hoteles, que es bastante marginal.
La única pega es pensar que tiene piscina y no es así.
Está en el hotel de enfrente y nos pidieron 10$ por persona x día por usarla. Nos parecio una broma...
Muy aconsejable para visitar pirámides y el gran museo egipcio, por un par de noches, no más.
El barrio es penoso.

HHannahforceWhat a fantastic boutique hotel so glad I stayed here! I found the hotel exactly like the pictures and even had a beautiful fragrance throughout on arrival to reception and in my room . My room was beautifully decorated and very clean and new. All the staff were friendly and attentive and anything I asked for was accommodated.
The view from the rooftop made ypu feel like you were in the heart of rhe pyramids and I preferred this location to the front line pyramid hotels. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return,it felt like a real luxury sanctuary in the middle of busy Giza just what we wanted from our stay

ZZia SThis was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful.
The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room)
The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too.
The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness.
I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people.
The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask.
The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather.
Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new.
Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all.
The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

The Khufu Pyramid was right in front of me, and there was nothing blocking my view, so I enjoyed going to the rooftop.
The room size and condition were better than any other hotel in the GIZA. Also, all the staff at the reception were kind.
I forgot the name of a friend from Sudan who works on the rooftop. I'm sorryㅠㅠ.) is truly the best. He was very kind and the only reliable friend in Egypt. Thanks to that friend, it was a pleasant trip. Always stay healthy. Friend. 😊

KKiKi TranI had a great stay at Turquoise Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum View Hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for solo travelers!

MMeowmHotel is clean and close to pyramids but walking distance can’t reach. Have to take uber/inDrive for 10mins ride to reach pyramids and the Egyptian museum. We arrived at 7am and asked for early checked in which costs extra $25 USD and included breakfast,we were so happy with it. The hotel already include breakfast for all the guests. However the room is not family friendly as the toilet is transparent. Might be difficult to stay if you have a teenager kids. Even with a bind but you still can see through the toilet. And the hotel doesn’t provide amenities except shampoo and shower gel and towels. A gentle reminder to prepare all those yourselves.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama日本人三人家族で泊まりました。トリプルルームで2泊3日しました。ホテルの屋上からの景色は最高です。ウェルカムドリンクと一緒にピラミッドツアーの勧誘があります。84歳のおじいちゃんが一緒だったので、ゆっくりプライベートツアーをできるならと思い、申し込みしましたが、相場よりかなり高いです。３人で１５０ドルでした。◯ったくりに近いかもです。また、日本語を喋れるガイドさんがもっと酷かったです。足が悪いおじいちゃんがいるのに、思いやりも、手助けもなく、自分の都合とチップのことしか頭にありません。ガイドの名前は*****です。また、当初予定になかった、アロマオイルのお店や、パピルスの作り方のお店など、明らかに高いお土産を買わせるためのお店にも連れて行かれます。ラクダを乗る時も自分で交渉しましょう。ガイドを通すと、相場の何倍も高く取られます。プライベートツアーでもなんでもなく、ただの◯ったくりツアーです。
ホテル自体は、年季はありますが、清潔で、お湯もしっかり出ます。部屋でのWi-Fiは弱めです。朝ごはんだけでなく、ピラミッドの入口に近いこともよかったです。
