The absolute best accommodation of our entire trip! We had an incredible stay at La Ermita! Javier and Laura are absolutely wonderful hosts who truly go above and beyond for their guests. They helped us book tickets and assisted us with so many other details, making our time in Cordoba completely stress-free and enjoyable. Their hospitality is unmatched. Without a doubt, this was the best accommodation experience of our entire trip. Highly, highly recommended! We can't wait to come back. ¡Tuvimos una estancia increíble en La Ermita! Javier y Laura son unos anfitriones absolutamente maravillosos que realmente se desviven por sus huéspedes. Nos ayudaron a reservar las entradas y nos asistieron con muchísimos otros detalles, haciendo que nuestro tiempo en Córdoba fuera completamente relajado y agradable. Su hospitalidad es inigualable. Sin duda alguna, esta ha sido la mejor experiencia de alojamiento de todo nuestro viaje. ¡Totalmente recomendado! Estamos deseando volver.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is excellent—strategically located just outside the city wall, making it convenient to access the historic area and nearby transportation. The facilities and overall environment were pleasant. However, I could not give full marks because of the service we experienced during checkout. We needed to get to the train station with two carry-on bags and two large suitcases, and I was traveling with my 70-year-old mother. I asked the front desk if they could help call a taxi for us. Surprisingly, the request was refused. I find it unacceptable that such a basic request could not be accommodated. It was also lightly drizzling at the time. Instead of offering assistance, the front office staff who did our check-out told us that we could simply walk across the street to the taxi stand and get a taxi ourselves. Doing so with multiple pieces of luggage and an elderly parent in the light rain is clearly not reasonable. What made the experience even more disappointing was that after giving this response, she did not offer any further help and simply ignored us. By the time I walked to the taxi stand, there was no taxi available. It’s also worth noting that Paseo de la Victoria is a large multi-lane avenue, not a small street that can be crossed easily. In the end, I had to leave my 70-year-old mother waiting in the hotel lobby while I went across to the taxi stand myself. When a taxi finally arrived, I asked the driver to come back to the hotel entrance to pick us up. We were also rushing to catch our train, so the whole situation became unnecessarily stressful. Thankfully we still managed to make it on time, but this could easily have been avoided if the front desk had simply helped call a taxi. I have been traveling to Europe multiple times every year since the early 2000s and have stayed in well over a hundred hotels across the continent. In all those years, this is the first time a simple request to call a taxi was so bluntly rejected by a hotel front desk. For a property that presents itself as a five-star hotel, this level of indifference to a basic guest request—especially when an elderly guest is involved—is simply unacceptable and left a very poor final impression of what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about choosing to stay at other Eurostars properties in the future.

Great stay in a perfect location Patios del Orfebre is a lovely place to stay right in the heart of the historic area. The location is excellent—close to all the main tourist attractions, surrounded by beautiful old streets and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean, cozy, and full of charm. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. It’s a great choice if you want to experience the character of the old city while staying somewhere comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended for travelers who want convenience, charm, and cleanliness. Loved the little patio.

Was very happy with our stay here. The staff couldn’t have been lovelier or more helpful, the proximity to the train station was perfect and the walk into the centre was easy. The room was a great size with coffee and tea making facilities with water and a few other bits to buy in a mini fridge if you wished. As for the comments on the road noise issue raised in other comments, we were on the road side on the second floor and didn’t even notice the road noise. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Would definitely recommend AC Cordoba if you’re paying a visit to this amazing city.

Wonderful stay at Hesperia Córdoba 🥰 I had a fantastic experience at Hesperia Córdoba. The location is perfect—just a short walk across the bridge to the historic center, with beautiful views of the Mezquita and the river. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering stunning views—perfect for a drink in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

A good hotel in the very historical center of Cordoba (within the historical walls of the medina). All my wishes were fulfilled, the hotel staff showed themselves from the best side. My experience tells me that often hotels located in historical buildings have problems with electricity or water pressure in the bath, but not this time: in this hotel all electrical appliances and plumbing worked perfectly. I will mention the only problem: the Internet. We had three devices, and one of them could not connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. We encountered the same problem in another NH hotel - in Seville. I recommend that the technical specialists of this hotel chain check the compatibility of the Internet equipment with devices that are five years old or more.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado junto a la mezquita, lo que facilita el acceso, así como al resto de lugares para visitar. Desde el parking público llegas en 5 minutos al hotel. El parking no es muy caro (18€ /dia), tienes la opción de dejar el coche en el otro lado del rio, está a 5 minutos andando. La habitación bien, dos camas, televisión, limpia, no muy grande pero no hace falta más para un viaje de visitas. El baño muy apretado todo, pero funcional. Tuvimos un problema con el lavabo, que no funciona el tapón, y tuvieron que mandar al personal de mantenimiento, mientras decidimos usar el bidé y con el uso se inundó un poco el baño. Una vez arreglaron el tapón del lavabo, pues no tuvimos necesidad de utilizar el bidé. Como hemos comentado, para una noche o dos durante una visita a los lugares de la zona está muy bien. El desayuno una decepción, cuando bajamos a desayunar nos dicen que no había buffet, que fuéramos a la cafetería del hotel. Eso hicimos, pedimos y nos cobraron a precio de carta como a cualquier otro usuario. Ya que no tenía el servicio buffet deberían haber dado alguna alternativa. Desayuno de dos personas, café y manzanilla, mas media barrita con tomate, zumo de naranja y pastel, casi 17€. El precio del buffet eran 5€ por persona, no hay color en el precio. El segundo día ya no desayunamos en el hotel, lo hicimos en otra cafetería que nos pillaba de paso en las visitas.

I arrived late Monday 9th March 2026 around 11pm. I got lost and called the hotel  A lady answered, her customer service was outstanding, her English was brilliant. I was very tired and a bit distressed, I was amazed how she put me at ease. Could you please thank her. When I arrived there was another young lady at reception with the lady I had spoken to. They were very welcoming, both were outstanding. Very lucky to have them on your team ♥️ There is nothing I could fault, bed and sheets were beautiful and very comfortable, lovely big bath towel. Outstanding Breakfast. Opening doors to a beautiful outlook. Definitely 💯 outstanding value and service  I would most definitely 💯 stay again, beautiful stunning grounds and when I left in the morning the guy on reception was outstanding too, very helpful with making sure I was looked after and arranging a taxi 🚖  Thank you so much. I had had a rough day, this hotel really made my day ♥️

overall an okay place in a good location, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Noise: The street below doesn’t seem very busy, and we were on the third floor, yet we could hear every car and every group of people talking outside. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep, both for me and my mother. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. Kitchen Equipment: The apartment’s kitchen was a bit disappointing, as it didn’t include even basic essentials — no salt, nowelcome coffee for the nespresso machine, not even a kitchen towel. These small touches don’t cost much, but would make the stay feel much more welcoming and comfortable. Bathroom Design: The toilet setup is quite unusual and doesn’t provide much privacy. It’s separated from the bedroom by glass doors with a large gap (around 20 cm), so you can actually see into the living area from the toilet (s. the picture). Depending on who you’re traveling with, this might feel uncomfortable. Communication: Communication with the property could be improved. We received several emails in Spanish, which was confusing, and when I asked about luggage storage, I never got a reply. A bit more responsiveness and clarity would make the experience smoother. Rooftop Area: On the positive side, the building has a lovely rooftop area where you can relax on sun loungers, a great spot to unwind after a long day. Overall: A good location and an nice room, but the noise level, lack of basic kitchen items and poor communication could definitely be improved.

El olor humedad es fuerte del baño salía un olor a cañería estuve hospedada por 5 noches en la habitación 13 se realizó el aseo a la habitación y no se cambiaron las sábanas y la cabecera de la cama está muy deteriorada me parece un precio no acorde por lo que se ofrece. Fui para una para Semana Santa hablo del que esta ubicado en la calle lucano específicamente la ubicación es perfecta que está en el céntrico y todo está cerca en la esquina pasan las cofradías, parada de autobuses, monumentos, museos, carrefour, etc
