The hotel was very clean and had good facilities. The staff was quite friendly. It is a good family hotel but I cannot recommend for a group of friends.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy.

Nice hotel to start and return from your bike ride. Meal was delicious considering most people were on half board. Great breakfast and even better dinner. Bigger tables for the group of friends would be nice and juice dispensers should be reconsidered - too many people waiting..

In one word, amazing!!! Perfection of a clean hotel, great staff, perfect location, large and beautiful rooms, I will definitely return to this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with great facilities, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel relaxed right away. There were also plenty of activities for both kids and adults during the day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids loved the fun and engaging programs, while we appreciated the variety of options available for adults as well – there was always something to do, whether you wanted to stay active or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. A very special thank you to Yane at reception, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude stood out from the start. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We were also incredibly touched by the surprise arranged for my birthday – it was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more special. It’s these little details that make a big difference and turn a great holiday into an amazing one. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

As of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.

Отличный отель за эти деньги, расположен в 50 метрах от остановки автобуса до аэропорта , питание соответствует стоимости отеля, все вкусное, свежее и не однообразное. Если что, рядом много ресторанов на любой вкус. Отличный бассейн, очень просторный, есть даже джакузи.Пляжные полотенца под залог 10 евро. Номер со свежим ремонтом и новой мебелью.Рекомендую. До шикарного чистейшего пляжа 2 минуты ( перейти дорогу)

We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de

這裏很棒！我獨自旅行定了個單人間，包兩餐。有如下優點供參考： 1.地理位置優越，無車友好。在Alcudia很便利的地方，無論是帕爾馬市中心公交總站/機場來回都很便捷，公交直達！另外他們步行抵達的海灘也是很漂亮的果凍海。 2.設施很好，環境乾淨。有桌子、小冰箱。床是圖中那種比較寬闊的單人大床，睡起來不拘謹！浴室給我準備了浴巾。露台很美麗，有雙人桌椅和晾衣架。樓下有美麗的湖，泳池，晚上bar區有歌舞活動。對我來説，僅僅在露台一人欣賞晚霞也很棒。 3.餐食便利，選擇廣泛。我選擇包早餐和晚餐，不用再費腦子選吃什麼；中午仍然出去吃，兼顧尋找美食的樂趣。圖中展示了我吃的一頓自助晚餐和早餐。 4.員工服務很好。他們很友善。例如，我入住比較晚，晚餐已經閉餐了，但是前台和後廚為我額外準備了晚餐，感謝他們的額外努力！

Très bel hôtel , le personnel aux petits soins et très souriant. Les chambres sont grandes avec une kitchenette et une literie de qualité. Une amélioration est souhaitable au niveau de la qualité et du goût de la nourriture proposée .
