Hotel berhampiran Plaza de Galicia, Santiago

This hotel is a gem. The location, the friendly staff, the room, the historical added bonus of staying in this place. We loved here. My bed was incredible. Overall it was a remarkable staying. I want to thank the hotel staff for helping us. We had many suitcases and wheelchair. The helped us since the moment we arrived to the hotel. The food from the restaurant is outstanding and there are many choices. We will definitely stay there again. Gracias

Location is perfect. There is a big garten und very nice pool! Breakfast ist just excellent!

Overall, the hotel was very good. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. However, it is unacceptable to have a double bed for a couple that is only 135 cm wide. For a hotel of this standard, a proper double or queen-size bed should be the minimum. This significantly impacted the comfort of the stay and should be addressed.

Hotel muy cuidado y limpio en el centro de la ciudad. Muy cómodo para moverte por el centro. Desayuno ideal y muy rico. La recepción muy amable, educada y facilitadora en todo lo necesario. Volveré sin dudar!

為了看聖地亞哥大教堂的盪香爐，原住酒店沒房了，就訂了這裏，酒店過馬路，上坡後到達古老的市場，再往前走幾分鐘就到教堂了。酒店給我的房間是半地下的套間，而且是最末端，放完行李就出去溜達了。晚上回來發現，房間的門在裏面不能反鎖，沒辦法，頂着……沒住過這麼差勁的。算了吧，就睡一晚。前台服務，早餐環境都很好。

Me ha gustado mucho el hotel, excelente servicio. Faltó un poco de experiencia en barra. Pero nada que no se pueda superar. Me quedé con ganas de más.

We end our pilgrimage here with 2 nights more to tour around Santiago. The front desk Alba and Agus were the reason that makes this hotel the choice while in Santiago. They are so helpful, understanding, thoughtful and go all out to make sure we have all our needs taken care of. We were early for check in and we left our luggage’s but when we came back to check they have already place it into our rooms. We have a very early checkout before the breakfast hours and they were so nice to prepare breakfast for take away. They were just great and the hotels is great.

Hotel liegt direkt neben der Universität. In die Innenstadt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück hat uns geschmeckt und bietet eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen. Das Hotel können wir empfehlen.

Great central location and beautiful old building . Room was simple and pleasant - perfect for me. Breakfast was not the best - cafeteria style, auto machine coffee, limited selection of items available - it was extremely busy and if you got up from table to fetch something from the buffet your place setting was likely to be whisked away. On the corridors to the rooms , it was extremely dark and most the automatic sensors for the lights were slow to activate, leaving you flapping your arms in the dark to trigger them.

Siempre es un gusto volver a donde te tratan bien. Ubicación y limpieza estupendas y una atención cercana y personalizada. Sin duda repetiremos!
