The only negative aspect was the elevators. It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. Era prácticamente imposible bajar desde la segunda planta hasta la zona de desayuno con el cochecito del bebé, ya que solo había dos ascensores y el hotel tenía unas 10–15 plantas, por lo que siempre bajaban llenos. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que bajar el cochecito por las escaleras para poder llegar a la zona de desayuno. Por lo demás, todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Otelde yalnızca iki asansör vardı ve otel yaklaşık 10–15 katlı olduğu için asansörler aşağı inerken sürekli dolu oluyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltı alanına ancak puseti merdivenlerden taşıyarak ulaşabildik. Bunun dışında tüm olanaklar güzeldi. Çalışan personelin sunduğu güzel hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Lovely hotel with really comfortable beds. Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. Towels changed daily. Great buffet breakfast with a good selection to for everyone

This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal. The hotel room was immaculate and I was upgraded to a much bigger room with a massive balcony, which was thoughtful of the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly busy, so my advice would be to go as soon as they start serving. Plenty to choose from and things were replenished quickly. Tables were cleared efficiently so the whole process moved smoothly. Too cold to use the po,ol but the pool area looked lovely Definitely my ”go to” hotel if visiting Benidorm, as it offers excellent value for money. Staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful.

El hotel se encontraba en perfectas condiciones y tenía decoración de Halloween, muy bonito. Tenía muchas actividades y también las entradas al parque Terra mítica que no me lo esperaba. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue súper amable. La comida del desayuno también estuvo muy rica y muy variada. Repeteríamos mucho está experiencia

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Its prime position is just a 10-minute walk from Elche Park and central Benidorm, making it perfect for families and couples seeking a quieter stay away from the lively Levante Beach area. The hotel boasts a buffet restaurant with a wide variety of local and international cuisine, earning praise for its delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average. Rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning (June-September), satellite TV, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers, but some guests find the hairdryers underpowered. Elevators can have long wait times, which may inconvenience some visitors. Overall, it’s a great value option for a relaxed beach holiday with excellent dining and a superb location.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.

Review of B and B Suits I stayed at B and B Suits, a simple hotel located not far from the beach, which is a definite plus. The room was clean and had a nice balcony, adding a bit of charm to the stay. However, there were some drawbacks. The room lacked a fridge, a built-in hairdryer, and a kettle, which would have been convenient. The breakfast was quite basic, consisting only of coffee and some pastries, so don’t expect much variety there. Overall, it’s a modest hotel, perfectly fine for a short stay or just a place to crash for the night. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
