Hotel berhampiran Stesen Keretapi Dijon, Dijon

Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas du tout… le personnel à la réception est plus ou moins sympathique et vous abreuvent d’information à votre arrivée, ce qui quand vous avez fait plusieurs heures de route, entrent par une oreille et ressort aussi tôt (certaines personnes sont très sèches quand elles vous parlent)… la propreté en surface semble bonne mais il ne faut pas aller dans les détails… un long cheveu noir sur la housse de couette, un liquide jaunâtre dans le frigo, ce qui est plus que douteux…. Le fond du flacon de produit pour se laver les mains n’est pas mieux…. Des traces de doigts qui ne datent pas d’hier, un peu partout, une simple éponge magique suffirait à les enlever…. L’hôtel semble vivre sur ces acquis et laisse petit à petit se détériorer les chambres…. Le summum, du summum a été notre départ. Je viens à la réception pour indiquer que nous partons et là, réponse qui nous est faite « très bien »… depuis quand, dit on ça a un client… je m’attendais plus à votre séjour s’est bien passé, nous espérons vous revoir… là, ça sentait plus le « bon débarras » même si je pense qu’elle ne songeait pas à ça mais c’est mon ressenti…

Good location if you need to be near the Dijon SNCF train station, an easy 5 min walk even with luggage. Another 5-10 mins walk to the key attractions & shopping in Dijon old town. Some delay in checking in but Romain at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Een keurig hotel op een goede ligging in het centrum van Dijon. Parkeren op een paar meter van het hotel. Volop keus bij het ontbijt. Goede bedden.

Everything was great. The best part is the location! Defintely consider it

It was incredibly hot and smelly as the 12 people room which went around two corners only had a small AC above the entrance and the windows couldn't be opened at all. I asked at night if it was possible for them to open them shortly, they claimed they had no key. Next day while check out I was told that they do have a key and they were sorry the person from the night before should have opened the windows.... Alsoy triple beds missed the ladder for the middle bed, so you had to take the one to the top and awkwardly get of on the middle bed. Very clean tho.

飯店的位置在市中心，走路進去很方便。 飯店裝修的很新，家具 衛浴的品質不錯。 但是有些房間的格局有點問題。第一個給我們的房間 在二樓。打開窗戶竟然看到的是餐廳， 沒有真正對外面，我們本來就是訂的有對外窗戶的房間。所以去請櫃檯人員幫我們換 ，剛開始說客滿了， 但是我們還是堅持要對外的窗。後來說給我們升級房間 到頂樓。房間雖然比較大 但是因為是頂樓 有屋簷的梁。所以房間內部空間 真的不太合理。到床的另外一邊 都要低頭 且小心的移動腳 才不會撞到頭 或是腳踢到床腳。

Chambre moyennement propre et qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (moquette tachées et murs à repeindre). Personnel très sympathique et agréable

Our big room for our family is on the upper floor at the end of the building, it is one of the older rooms with worn out carpet and a few sunlight windows. If you are claustrophobic it is not suitable. Disrespectful neighbours were smoking outside the foyer, although it is a non smoking hotel. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant though, makes us feel welcomed. Simple amenities. A one night stay is the maximum.

Réception parfaite service parfait personnel parfait restaurant parfait petit déjeuner parfait seul bémol la salle de bain le système de douche était défectueux compliqué pour prendre une bonne douche et le globe d’éclairage était desceller du mur les fils électriques était apparent le signalement a était fait sur une feuille laisser sur le bureau de la chambre pour le personnel d’entretien et a étais signalé à la réception a notre départ .

Pas trop de place pour le petit dej. Il faisait beau, on a déjeuner dehors !.. Mais pour le prix très correct.. Merci
