PPengguna TetamuStayed at the Leonardo Hotel Birmingham recently. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly and informative. I asked about eating in the hotel restaurant, however I felt like I was being strongly encouraged to eat out at local restaurants instead.
They did cater for gluten free which was appreciated, but unfortunately the dining experience itself was very poor. Ordering took forever as there appeared to be only one barman serving while other staff stood around. The food was also extremely overpriced for the quality. My starter was completely inedible and had to be sent back.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. If you do choose to stay, I would definitely recommend eating elsewhere.
