I only stayed at the hotel briefly due to a late flight arrival and an early flight the next day. However, the room was decent and it was close to the airport which was all that mattered. When I checked out in the early hours of the morning there was no staff to check me out so I just gave the key card to the security.

Had an amazing stay at Hilton Guatemala City! I feel like this hotel has gotten a decent amount of hate, and while it is true that the hotel is a bit older, there is a sort of historic, rustic sense to it that goes along with the colonial style of the building. Rooms were large, with very comfortable beds and the bathroom was quite enjoyable as well. The front desk folks were really nice, and they do speak English so that's a plus and very helpful if you don't know much Spanish. As for the hotels location, yes it is a bit further away from the city center, but not ridiculously so. It is easy to request an Uber from here and tour companies will also pick you up from this location.

With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient. The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.

Выбор огромный, даже бутерброды с форелью и свежевыжатые соки из чего пожелаете. Тёплый бассейн, большой тренажёрный зал. Бесплатная подземная парковка, несколько ресторанов на территории. Единственный недостаток в том, что в выходные в ресторанах отеля отмечают свадьбы, а гости расходятся ночью и шумят в коридорах – под дверью щель и все разговоры ночью вас будят. Будете в Гватемале, советую останавливаться только здесь - не пожалеете.

Excellent hotel located in zone 9. Very close to the airport and not too far from the historical center. International restaurants are close by. Room is spacious and clean. Two bottles of water are given daily. Amenities are also well equipped. Love it!

Overall the stay was good, staff were helpful, breakfast buffet was okay, the only thing is minor maintenance. Lot of small things that need fixing or adjusting such as AC louvers not working in both rooms we had. Would stay here again, just recommend that management focus on keeping the minor issues from becoming major ones

Centrally located. Serve good breakfast. The building may be slightly old, but the bedding is very clean. The kitchen facility is a good feature. I can cook some food for myself when tiring eating out every meal. The only drawback is that it does not have free shuttle to and from airport during the weekend.

Estuvimos mi esposo y yo 2 noches. Dormimos en el hotel antes y después de una excursión al norte del país. Tuvieron la gentileza de guardarnos el equipaje durante el de ausencia. Los baños y la lencería de cama no estaban completamente limpios. Las toallas manchadas dan mala impresión. Podría ser un espacio que ofrece un mejor servicio pues está bien ubicado. Cuartos más limpios y un trato más amable harían la diferencia.

The room was VERY small but it had what I needed. I only stayed overnight, got in late and left early in the morning. It was a little difficult to check in since its not like a regular hotel, so I had to call and get soneone to let me in since I arrived later in the evening. I also had to wait for someone to arrive in the a.m. so I could check out. The bed was comfy, it wasnt too noisy and I slept well. It was also close to the airport and the bus to my next location. It was a decent stay for 1 night. The staff was the highlight of my stay. Very helpful!
