PPengguna TetamuI only stayed at the hotel briefly due to a late flight arrival and an early flight the next day. However, the room was decent and it was close to the airport which was all that mattered. When I checked out in the early hours of the morning there was no staff to check me out so I just gave the key card to the security.

SShiv KamleshkumarHad an amazing stay at Hilton Guatemala City! I feel like this hotel has gotten a decent amount of hate, and while it is true that the hotel is a bit older, there is a sort of historic, rustic sense to it that goes along with the colonial style of the building. Rooms were large, with very comfortable beds and the bathroom was quite enjoyable as well. The front desk folks were really nice, and they do speak English so that's a plus and very helpful if you don't know much Spanish. As for the hotels location, yes it is a bit further away from the city center, but not ridiculously so. It is easy to request an Uber from here and tour companies will also pick you up from this location.

CChosenAuthor24With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient.
The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.

TThanis T.Excellent hotel located in zone 9. Very close to the airport and not too far from the historical center. International restaurants are close by. Room is spacious and clean. Two bottles of water are given daily. Amenities are also well equipped.

PPengguna Tetamu客人入住時，才開始打掃衞生。讓客人在前台辦理入住手續時起正常時間的等待。給我的第一個房間，窗外是在一個內院窄的空氣不暢流通，視線就不用説了………去前台換房間，前台的另一個女領導態度及熱情比第一個女工作人員好多了，可是還在等待房間準備後才能入住。我辦理入住的時間是晚上近8點了。我要問：一個五星級酒店下午不打掃房間嗎？要等客人來時才打掃嗎？

PPengguna TetamuCentrally located. Serve good breakfast. The building may be slightly old, but the bedding is very clean. The kitchen facility is a good feature. I can cook some food for myself when tiring eating out every meal. The only drawback is that it does not have free shuttle to and from airport during the weekend.

SSofia EugeniaOverall the stay was good, staff were helpful, breakfast buffet was okay, the only thing is minor maintenance. Lot of small things that need fixing or adjusting such as AC louvers not working in both rooms we had.
Would stay here again, just recommend that management focus on keeping the minor issues from becoming major ones

Los baños y la lencería de cama no estaban completamente limpios. Las toallas manchadas dan mala impresión. Podría ser un espacio que ofrece un mejor servicio pues está bien ubicado. Cuartos más limpios y un trato más amable harían la diferencia.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was VERY small but it had what I needed. I only stayed overnight, got in late and left early in the morning. It was a little difficult to check in since its not like a regular hotel, so I had to call and get soneone to let me in since I arrived later in the evening. I also had to wait for someone to arrive in the a.m. so I could check out. The bed was comfy, it wasnt too noisy and I slept well. It was also close to the airport and the bus to my next location. It was a decent stay for 1 night. The staff was the highlight of my stay. Very helpful!
