Hotel berhampiran Stesen Buaran, Kota Jakarta Timur

The hotel is located along a busy road, Jalan Raya Bogor, and is a short walk to Lippo Mall Kramat Jati (less than 10 minutes). Our room was situated in a quiet part of the hotel. It was neat and clean, with windows as per our request. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and both were clean. In most hotels we stay at, the sink is inside the bathroom, but in this room it was outside. However, it was large and spacious, with ample storage underneath. The beds were quite comfortable. The lighting in the room was rather dim, though, so this could perhaps be improved in the future.

I like spacious room..come.with mini fridge..really appreciated .value for money.. but toilet need deep clean.. the rest ok...stayed.more than 4 times....recommended..

Hotel langganan dikala sy butuh staycation selalu puas menginap disini, room besar sy menginap di type junior room lengkap dengan sofa, tapi sayang netflix n videoprime harus login akun sendiri mungkin kedepan ditingkatkan lg servicenya ya.. Bersih selalu donk Amenities lengkap sampai ke pencukur jenggot saja disiapin Makanan bervariasi macamnya sampai indomie saja ada perfect pokoknya!!

Have arrived slightly earlier before check in time however Housekeeping Department Rifki did a great job to get the room ready upon Frontdesk Zulkifri quickly assigned a room allowing rest. As weekday morning rush peaked online hailing car services or/and Bluebird taxis service may be caught in the jam between 6am to 10am. To reach Halim HSR station: A shortcut to Cawang LRT Station via exit thru back of hotel, turned left and continued, turned right and continued till end, walked up the sheltered stairs with ramp on the left to Cawang LRT Enter with Gopay app onto platform 1 and ride the train to alight at Halim LRT station 5 mins away to switch to the Halim HSR.

The hotel has great views in the room, dining areas etc... Areas needed improvement are: 1. The sachets of coffee, sugar, creamer etc...need greater differentiation. The fine prints on the sachets can be easily overlooked by customers. either use different colored packagings or have bigger font prints to indicate sugar, coffee, brown sugar etc... 2. the In-dining room call button was not picked up whenever being call. This frustrates travellers who may be tired and needed in-room dining and the call is not getting through 3. There is not enough food servers at the breakfast spread counter. When the breakfast starts around 6.30am, there is hardly anyone standing behind the counter of the egg counter (ie frying eggs), no one at the main table spread where the noodles are to be cooked ( or is it meant to be empty??, i don't know), Not enough ushers to serve tea or coffee . 4. There is very little variation of the food variety spread offered either during breakfast or even for in-room dining (through the hotel TV option). The food choices are the same 3 months ago and now. There is no new choices. It would be good to have greater variety of food options for in-room dining (thro TV menu) or even the breakfast buffet spread. 5. The housekeeping does not help to remove from the room the pots and cups from the in-room dining (after use). The pot and cups remain as it is in the room , unwashed and not cleared from room Overall, although the hotel is relatively new and clean, but there's service gaps throughout the who service cycle from the moment traveller step into the hotel to when they leave. Hope to see improvements in the areas mentioned above so that customer experience can be positive.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at the Holiday Inn Express Menteng. Room amenities were good & room was clean. Breakfast was good too. My only suggestion for breakfast is either to replace margarine with butter or add butter to the buffet spread as not everyone can enjoy their bread with margarine. A special shout out to Mr Anwar in the restaurant for his outstanding service. Highly recommended for a promotion. We look forward to staying here again.

Dari lapangan terbang ke hotel mengambil masa kira-kira 1 jam 40m kerana trafik yang padat dan kos kira-kira Rp500k. Hotel ini hanya di sebelah hiway dan kira-kira 300m ke Stesen Lrt Cawang dan kira-kira 2km ke stesen kereta api Halim Speed.

I stayed at 678 Hotel Cawang by Cocotel and had a good experience. The hotel is very convenient because it is only about 4 minutes walking distance to Halim Whoosh Station. It’s perfect if you want to catch the Whoosh train early in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. It has air conditioning, TV, and a private bathroom with hot shower. The bed was comfortable, and I could rest well after a long trip. The hotel is simple, not luxury, but good enough for short stay or transit. The location is the best part — very easy access to the station. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and affordable place near Halim Whoosh Station. 👍
