Hotel berhampiran Pantai Kemala, Balikpapan

Perkhidmatan hotel baik dan agak bersih. Tetapi masalah terbesar ialah ia terlalu jauh dari bandar Balikpapan. Tiada kawasan pejabat di sekeliling, hanya taman industri Petronas Indonesia tidak jauh. Jika anda tidak pergi ke sana, tidak perlu tinggal di sini. Swiss Garden dan Gran Sanu di bandar Balikpapan kedua-duanya sangat bagus, masing-masing empat bintang dan lima bintang. Bilik perniagaan berkembar atau katil bujang biasanya sekitar 400 RMB, yang lebih mudah.

Nice hotel to stay in Balikpapan, location litte bit unique because going high from mainroads, breakfast also unable to request eggs.

Check in and check out was seamless. Breakfast was bit hectic with nobody show us where to seat so we had to wander around. The variety of breakfast was OK, their tempe goreng surprisingly was the best in my pov. Room was basic, small bed compared to other hotels with the same price, no in-room minibar.

This is my second time staying here, and once again, I had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, though I hope to see improvements in flavor in the future. Additionally, I noticed that some of the beds are a bit worn and no longer as firm as they should be—hopefully, this can be addressed. Overall, it's still a great place to stay

Overall stay is fine. Good location as is just beside the mall and there is a linkway to the mall. There are plenty of great food options available in the mall, so meals were never an issue Toilet basin was choke when check-in. Cleanliness is ok, can be better. Air con is not cold in the room due to the installation. Breakfast is so so, below the expectation of our 4-star hotel. International variety is limited. TV channel is limited also.

Lokasi hotel ditengah kota ..dekat dengan mall ..cukup berjalan kaki sudah sampai. Terdapat kolam renang dan fasilitas room service yang ramah.... Nampaknya sarana prasarana sudah banyak perbaikan

pertama dapat kamar ada kecoa, bau dan super lembab😢 padahal dah 2x nginap disini dpt unit yg aman tapi minta ganti resepsionis dan untungnya bisa diganti terus kamar yg sudah di ganti bermasalah di ac kamarnya yang ga dingin sama sekali😢😔 tapi untungnya lokasi apartemen strategis jadi mudah kalau mau kemana mana

一人旅のために利用しました。とても綺麗でACもありました。モスクの目の前にあるので、そのため値段が安いかなと思いますが、もう少し高い値段でも泊まれるくらい良いホテルでした、
