Hotel berhampiran Monumen Bambu Runcing, Genteng

"Ga perlu diragukan lagi, hotel yang nyaman"

"Our stay here was really great; the staff throughout the property were very, very friendly and helpful. Good location, a varied selection of delicious breakfasts. Comfortable rooms, including a pool and spa. If we ever come back here, we’ll definitely stay here again."

"Seneng banget nginap disini, sdh kamarnya bersih, petugasnya ramah, barang anak sy aja kemarin ketinggalan, terus sy hubungi resepsionisnya biar disimpenin, alhamdulillah disimpenin dg aman,"

"From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was amazed by the beautiful interior. I absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff were warm and friendly, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was superb. I had such a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at G Suites Hotel in Surabaya recently. Pros: The hotel has a very strategic location, making it convenient to access nearby areas, food spots, and the city center. It’s suitable for both business and short leisure stays. Cons: The room lighting is quite dim, which makes it difficult to see things clearly inside the room. I also had some confusion regarding the bottled water provided in the room. There was a 1-liter bottle that turned out to be chargeable, but the “paid” notice was very small and easy to miss, so I accidentally opened it assuming it was complimentary. This was a bit inconvenient since most hotels usually provide free drinking water. Although they do provide two small mineral water bottles daily, it would be better if there were a water dispenser available in the hallway for guests’ convenience. Overall, it’s a decent stay with a great location, but a few small improvements would make the experience more comfortable and clear for guests."

"The hotel has elegant environment and super clean. I chose this hotel because of its strategic location to several nearby venues. The room provided was also very modern and new (I love the aromatic soap fragrance here). But a little critique for them, we had to wait like an hour before we could check in. They said that they need to clean the room, but actually we checked in at 4 p.m. which is quite long from the previous person's check-out time. I think they could manage their service better in the future. Notes: There is no swimming pool available, please consider this before book here if you travel with family members who like to swim or so on."
