Hotel berhampiran Taman Herbert, Dublin

"The hotel was paid in advance for two guests, on arrival the receptionist told me it was only booked for one guest.   I only had the booking id number. It took two hours to sort the booking.  I don’t know if the confusion was from the hotel or trip?"

"We were very disappointed with our stay. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our visit. Our room ran out of drinking water, and we requested more two or three times. Despite waiting the entire day, no one ever delivered it. When we went back to the front desk to ask about it, instead of offering a simple apology, the staff kept making excuses and shifting the responsibility elsewhere. After flying for more than ten hours from the United States, we were already exhausted. We expected at least basic hospitality and understanding, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. The lack of professionalism and customer service made our stay very disappointing."

"We got the last availability so perhaps our downstair room wasn't the best but it has well renovated bathroom and overall the hotel is very well maintained and clean. Awesome room service. I wish there was a little fridge included. The bed cover was very hot and no thin linen available (just the big bed cover). No facecloth but I guess it's typical in Ireland? Coffee corner not always open and no coffee at night (after 10pm for exemple). But the staff is always friendly and very helpful. I would book again without hesitation."

"Fantastic place and location, outside of the city centre but close to the luas, quite and peaceful. Plus side is was cheap for the city of Dubkin. Didn't have any dinner but the breakfast was really good, a buffet style and plenty of it too. Staff were extremely nice too."

"We stayed at Waterloo Townhouse & Suites after a concert at Malahide Castle. It was easy to find and check in was easy too. Location is only 20 minutes walk from the city centre and St Stephen’s Green. Would recommend and stay again 😊"

"I recently stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin and found its location on O'Connell Street to be exceptionally convenient for exploring Dublin's main attractions. The room was clean and featured a mini-fridge, which was useful for keeping drinks cool. However, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The selection lacked variety, and the quality didn't meet expectations. Additionally, the lobby area felt cramped during peak times, making it less inviting for relaxation. While the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, improvements in breakfast offerings and lobby comfort would enhance the overall guest experience."
