Pure class! Everything about this Hotel from the friendly check-in, to the quality of towels, reflects top quality. It really is a beautiful property. My room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I loved the artwork, bedsheets, lamps, and everything else in the room. The staff are also very well trained and provided excellent service. The pool is lovely. Upon checkout, the owner herself thanked us for staying and said good bye - that was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would love to stay here again. My only suggestion is to improve the Hotel Restaurant. I had dinner there and enjoyed the food, but felt that it was catered to a very western taste. It wasn’t authentic Rajasthani food, and both the laal maas and gulab jamun were disappointing.

Staying at Hotel Shri Ram Excellency in Jodhpur was a delight. The location is superb — close to major attractions and well‑connected. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable; housekeeping is attentive and maintains good hygiene. Staff, especially at front desk, are polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food is tasty with a decent variety, particularly vegetarian options. Amenities like free WiFi and prompt room service add to the convenience. Sometimes the breakfast spread could be better, and certain bathrooms need a little TLC, but overall it offers excellent value and I’d definitely stay again

This hotel is like a homestay but the guest area is separate to the family area. There is a nice restaurant on the roof with city view. The room has a window and balcony and there is always hot water. The host lady would often offer free tea even though there is a restaurant on top. It's on a hill but literally 5 minutes from Mehran garh and several other attractions. It wouldn't be possible to ever be closer to a major attraction. The hosts are very helpful with advice on visiting attractions and happy to have a chat as well

The property is excellent. Clean bed linen and towels, nice interiors, climate controlled and clean swimming pool, polite and courteous staffs, tasty and fresh food, enough parking space, very near to umed bhawan palace, city center and other sightseeing options, decent internet connectivity. I would highly recommend to stay at this property and make your trip to jodhpur a memorial one. The best part was that we were allowed to check in at 1030 am as we reached much earlier and no extra charge was put to us. The staff was flexible enough to accommodate one extra bed in the room which we missed out at the time of booking.

Gopal jangid at the reception was so kind and helpful. Have added this hotel in my upcoming travel.

Awesome heritage hotel with a decent staff and also with good good great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed

excellent stay at hotel sri ram empire at jodhpur for 2 nights. services rendered by hotel sriram empire was up to the mark of our expectations. especially floor manager shri govind has taken care off like homely stay and he is very polite & soft spoken and extended his help whenever required.he is dedicatedly serving the guests. moreover,make my trip has coordinated for reimbursement of doubly payment which was made by me inadvertently. i am thankful to ”make my trip” and i always book the hotels,railway & air flights bookings. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
