PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted.
The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for.
We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free.
K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel.
The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay.
Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

Two small points -
1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel
2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away
Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Mini bar was locked and was not accessible.
Good breakfast.
In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated.
While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It seems the minibar would be opened to according to guests profiles!

So this thing never happened in any of hotel. They will give bill even if hotel is booked by trip.com

Отель уставший, но уютный. Окна выходили на соседнее здание, поэтому было тихо. Смогли выспаться после бессонной ночи накануне из-за перелёта. В ванной есть зубной набор, в комнате - чайный набор и вода.
Завтрак непривычный, но можно выбрать что-то подходящее.
Всё, что было дешевле на момент бронирования по фото выглядело значительно печальнее.
Очень удобное расположение. Обошли всё достопримечательности пешком, рядом станция Черчгейт, откуда можно доехать до прачечной Дхоби-Гат и трущоб Дхарави.
Не понравилось только, что при входе у нас чуть ли не вырвали чемоданы и рук, чтобы отнести до номера, хотя мы сопротивлялись, а когда нас проводили в комнату, мы дали 100 рупий, носильщик посмотрел так, как-будто мы ему 1 рупию дали. Мы не нуждались в его услуге и не снимали деньги в принципе.

PPengguna TetamuPlus point of this hotel is location and it’s opposite of Marine Drive and next to Mumbai Crickets stadium and staff are very supportive and room and bathroom are very clean only disadvantage is no restaurant and I ordered from outside hotel and Zomato and NO Parking available, I had to park in pay parked area near Church Gate station around 1km far from hotel , but if no car then very good hotel

PPengguna Tanpa Nama金曜日、土曜日と2泊した。1階がクラブで、20時くらいから26時くらいまでかなり爆音で音楽が響いていた。クラブ好きにはおすすめ。
インド門や各観光名所には近いため良いが、寝不足では辛い。
部屋の窓は鍵がない。容易に侵入可能。
バスルームはシャワーの水圧はほどほど、窓は完全に閉まらないタイプ、網戸がなく虫が入りやすい。
トイレットペーパーはない。歯ブラシはない。ボディーソープ、シャンプーはある。コンディショナーはない。
朝食は種類が豊富ではないが、まずくはない。
朝食会場はかなりわかりにくいところにある。
朝食会場スタッフはぶっきらぼうだが、気が効いて親切。
朝、部屋の入り口には新聞が置かれていた。
ホテル廊下や階段は比較的清掃されている。
PC作業デスクはあるが、椅子が高い。

PPengguna TetamuIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.
