Hotel berhampiran Pantai Puri, Puri

Новый отель высокого уровня, отличное обслуживание, внимательный персонал. Хороший ресторан с приемлемыми ценами. Расположен прямо у пляжа, через дорогу. До главный рыночных улиц и Храма Джаганнатха пешком 30-40 минут, на тук-туке 10 минут. Рядом есть продуктовые ларьки. Первоначально был номер без балкона, за окном шумел кондиционер, по просьбе через день номер поменяли. Все вопросы решались оперативно. Заказывал в отеле трансфер и еду (махапрасад) из главного храма. Уборка каждый день. Цена в принципе соответствует уровню, хотя хотелось бы дешевле.

From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff made us feel welcome. The property is beautifully maintained, with serene surroundings and easy access to the beach, making it a perfect getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering stunning views and a relaxing ambiance. The food was delicious with a great variety, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. Special appreciation for how well the staff catered to our needs throughout the stay. This amazing experience was made even more special as we shared it together. Soumya, Anwesha, Abhijit, Bignesh, and Ram all had a fantastic time enjoying the facilities, the peaceful environment, and the overall vibe of the resort. Sterling Puri is an ideal destination for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind by the sea with top-notch service. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to visit again!

The hotel’s location is convenient, and the overall cleanliness is satisfactory. Most of the staff were helpful; however, there are several areas that management should address. Food service was extremely slow. After placing an order by phone, we waited almost two hours for it to arrive. Because of this delay, my child was unable to have dinner properly. The food was also excessively priced—approximately six to seven times higher than expected—while its quality did not meet an acceptable standard. Additionally, a few staff members were rude when interacting with guests. Management should identify these issues and ensure that all employees receive appropriate training in professional conduct and guest service. Overall, the hotel has a good location and reasonable cleanliness, but significant improvements are needed in food quality, pricing, delivery time, and staff behaviour.

The property is nice but the service wasn't good. There was some minister staying at the property as well that impacted our entire stay. Everything was closed. The swimingpool had too much clorine in it which burnt out skin. Moreover, the staff at the reception were rude. The checkout time was 8:30am and they didn't let us extend even by 30m.

The cleanliness of the hotel was quite poor, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Unfortunately, the staff were not very supportive or responsive to our concerns, which made the overall experience disappointing. Would not recommend based on this stay.

Positives - location , but due to proximity to temple auto will not go here. so you will need to get down and catch a hand rickshaw everytime. negatives - no restaurant as mentioned in hotel amenities, no cleanliness, no in room dining , faulty appliances ( in my case geyser) , no tea , no snacks , so you will have to depend on outside restaurant for everything
