"The hotel is in a great location and is very close to Chinatown, with a metro station nearby, so it’s really convenient. However, it was extremely noisy at night. There was partying right below the hotel with very very very loud music, and I couldn’t fall asleep at all. You can also hear noise from the corridor, so the soundproofing is horrible!"

"It's the second time we stay at this hotel.It's in the China Town ,then really convenient to have the Chinese food.And that make us feel we are home .The hotel has fabulous style and convenient transportation .And I will single out two employees in the diningroom for special prasie,they give us hosptiable service and warm-hearted help,they are Marzia and Chinese girl Cristina.Thank you so much!Next time we will choose the hotel again."

"Отличный отель , расположен близко к городу, рядом есть метро , также в 12 минутах расположена станция Кадорна, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, до Дуомо 25 минут пешком по красивым улочкам, сами апартаменты чистые, очень просторные, есть кофемашина с капсулами, также предоставили воду на первый день, кондиционер отлично работает, я долго искала идеальное место в Милане, и это именно оно, обязательно вернемся сюда ещё !"

"En 30 minutos andando o en 6 en transporte publico estás en el centro, tienes cafeterías cerca para desayunar sin problema y un carrefour en la esquina. En nuestra habitación el primer día había una toalla en el suelo porque goteaba el aire acondicionado pero el segundo día lo arreglaron sin problema. En general una habitación cómoda y con un pequeño balcón."

"bed sheets and pillow cases had dirty spots, and some holes. There were hair of the cleaning staff as well on the bed and in the sink. The pillows were not comfortable as they seemed over used. It was hard to sleep without disruption as you could hear your neighbours behind the wall clearly. Also I don't know if it's a reason in the hotel or another italian food but I had a food poisoning and in the hospital atm back home. But the plates in the main restaurant weren't properly cleaned and had some food left. I used paper tissues to wipe it."

"The location of the hotel is great, and the service was great. We had an issue with a safe in the room, which was fixed immediately. The front desk team was wonderful! In general, it's a very clean and nice hotel from the lobby to the rooms. We stayed from Sept 26, 2025, to Oct 1, 2025. I rated facilities as 4 and not 5 stars due to a few reasons: - It was extremely cold in the room, especially in the mornings. Shivering in the morning was extremely uncomfortable when you get out of the shower and wish there was a heat source close by because you are shivering. - One night, we returned from a theatre and ordered two grilled sandwiches in the bar, 14 euros per one. The sandwich was two semi-cold pieces of white bread, one piece of cold cut meat (no idea what kind) and one piece of semi-cold cheese. - The hotel has no food in the rooms policy. Since the use of the late-night ”bar” is definitely not recommended, keep in mind that you will have to eat something outside before returning late. We didn't try their restaurant, but considering the experience with the late-night ”bar”, I would be cautious. If you are prepared to overlook the minor things stated above, we recommend staying in this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!"

"Breakfast is good with Italian style bread and coffee. There were quite a number of waiters and waitresses which made the breakfast buffet experience very pleasant as always served with clean plates."

"Location is good to take various public transports going into the city centre. Room is spacious and offer kettle for hot water. Just as usual the door sound proofing is a bit weak. Time to time we can hear guests passing by speaking at the hallway."
