PPaul-YULNice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials.
The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I've ever had at a hotel. That's why it's a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows l've ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It's time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow.
The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power.
The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best l've ever seen.
You'll notice I didn't mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren't powdered but actually fresh, that's even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta.
Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn't stay for dinner.
The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we'll be back to check on their progress.

PPengguna TetamuAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

HHeartleighI stayed at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. This is the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The location is very accessible, with fast-food restaurants, malls, tourist attractions, and the metro all nearby.
The place is very cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. I arrived very late, around 1:40 AM, but they still welcomed me without any issues, which I really appreciated.
My room was also great, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom that made my stay even more convenient. They also offer free drinks like coffee, tea, and water, along with some nice amenities.
Overall, I would rate this hostel 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

GGürberThe hotel is situated next to the railway station, offering a tranquil setting amidst the bustling city centre. Surrounded by a variety of dining and entertainment options, it provides well-appointed room that are clean , bright and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is reasonably priced. For business travellers, it is the preferred choice. I shall certainly stay here again next time. Thank you.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed for 4 nights. The hotel seems to be newly built, very modern not like those traditional hotels in Europe. It provides 2 bottles of water, 2 small shower gel and shampoos, and disposable slippers which seem not very common in europe given the environment consideration.
Heating is good. There is a radiator in the toilet, making it warm and nice in the cold Feb.
The shower holder is loosen, so the water splashed and a bit hard to control.
Location is not bad, 15 minutes by walk from Milano Centrale, 10 minutes by walk from the subway Sondrio. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient to transfer.
The room is relatively good space for big suitcase. There is a safe in the room. The dining area is nice, though I didn’t take meals there.
The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, apart from one guy on a night shift who was rude and ruined my good impression of the hotel.
Overall, a nice place to stay for me who came to Milan for the first time and was not very familiar with the local as someone from China.

PPengguna TetamuThe only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast

PPengguna TetamuThe location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.

PPutra TurnipOf all hostels I have stayed, Ostelzzz in Milan is for sure the best one. With that amount of money, it already includes the breakfast, the check in procedures is so easy, friendly staffs, and most important thing is the storage fee is so cheap, only 2 euros for a day
I will come back and stay at this hostel if I come to Milan

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.
