Receptionist was very helpful, free luggage storage (bring your own padlock), perfect location to public transport, room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The only downside might be the dust on the bed linen which I was allergic to, but overall it was a good stay.

AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

Si adik cepat-cepat menelefon kami dan mengatakan bahawa dia terlupa telefon bimbit dan dompet dan datang mengambilnya. Selepas berlari, dia mengambil telefon bimbit itu dan tiada satu sen pun hilang dalam dompet. Selepas mendaftar keluar pada keesokan harinya, kami kehilangan cermin mata kami di dalam bilik semula. AAifa Ain love with our stay, the nearest stop is rialto mercato, just 100 meter walk. Perfect location to visit the main attractions. you whether can use vaporetta (water bus) or walk to the attractions. They also managed to get us vegan breakfast on top of that, really appreciate this gesture. The communication is smooth. But the only downside is the did not have lift, luckily we get the lowest floor, but i guess nothing can be done because this is one of the oldest building.

The location is convenient, offering easy access to Venice by bus, which made exploring the city simple and stress-free. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing good value for money compared to staying directly in Venice.
The facilities at the camping village were impressive, with a swimming pool, supermarket, and on-site restaurant that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or local information.
Overall, it’s a great option for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation near Venice without compromising on comfort and facilities. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed base to explore the city.

Terdapat 2 restoran kecil Cina, 1 restoran sushi dan pasar raya bernama Ali 3-4 minit dari hotel (untuk harga 1 botol air jenama yang sama di pasar raya stesen kereta api, anda boleh membeli 6 botol di pasar raya dan masih ada lagi)
Dalam masa 20 minit selepas menaiki teksi dari hotel ke Lapangan Terbang Marco Polo, hotel ini boleh menyediakan perkhidmatan teksi dengan harga €60, dibayar terus kepada pemandu. Ia lebih mahal daripada menaiki teksi sendiri, tetapi tidak banyak teksi. Terdapat juga bas untuk ke lapangan terbang.

ЮЮрий ХлутковWe’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this.
We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room.
This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing.
Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom.
On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience.
Other downsides:
* terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle;
* extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests;
* in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities.
Positive points:
* very good location;
* the room itself was clean;
* coffee was available in the room.
Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

Когда в соседнем номере идут в туалет, ощущение, будто это происходит в твоем номере, стены и двери будто картонные, по ночам слышно как в соседних номерах открывают и закрывают двери.
Душевая кабина очень маленькая, к номеру ведет узкая лестница, подыматься с чемоданами очень проблематично.
City Tax взяли больше, чем указано в сервисе.
Местоположение очень удобное.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaMuy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación muy grande y limpia. El personal muy atento y tienen comida sin gluten. Además, está muy cerca del puente de la Academia que cruza el gran canal. También tienen restaurante en el mismo hotel. Por ello, lo recomiendo al 100%.
