Hotel berhampiran Saikazaki, Wakayama

Good hotel, well located beside Wakayama Station. About a 10 min bus journey or 30 min walk to the Wakayama Castle and 45 min bus to the Kuroshio Marina. Really comfortable room with comfy bed, a desk / chair, and clean bathroom. It’s compact (like most hotels in Japan) but has plenty of space for luggage etc. Breakfast was decent, good eggs. It runs until 09:30AM but the popular food is gone by about 09:00AM so recommend to eat early! Laundry room cheap to use. The staff were really lovely. A comfortable stay, would recommend!

Actually great amenities which are not really listed but you’ll get towels, slippers and pyjamas. They have toiletries by the reception. There is a small onsen as well! Check in is only from 5 pm but you can leave your luggage at the reception downstairs

We love everything about the hotel. Everyone is so helpful. We stayed there 4 nights and we could book which day we like to have the room cleaned. Our room cleaner Mr Tan was amazing. He did not only cleaned the the room but he helped tidied up our things♥️ we have stayed at many hotels but here is exceptional. The bed is super comfortable. They also have buffet night during the weekend for only 6200 yen including alcohol. We enjoyed every minute of it. ♥️

It is a good spot for a solo traveler. Capsules are clean. Towels are provided. There is a small tea and coffee area at the entrance. They also have Chinese-standard plug in the capsule which was handy. Also, I likes the smell of wood. The worst part is that if you come before check-in, nobody is in there, meaning you will have to stroll around and wait for 16:00.

The hotel was really nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and confident, and check-in was very easy. The room wasn’t very big, but it was very clean, and a lot of small details made it feel really thoughtful. I’d definitely come back here again. Wakayama is really beautiful.

The hotel is situated at a secluded corner of Wakayama prefecture. It is much preferable to drive here rather than relying on the infrequent hotel shuttle. Public transport is otherwise non existent. There are no restaurants around the hotel. However the hotel provides delicious meals with abundant fresh seafood. The in room dining experience is superb. The hotel staff service is impeccable. The room has a spectacular sea view allowing you to see the sunset on clear days. The onsen also faces the sea which provides a relaxing experience. A downside is that the hotel does not seem to sanitize the slippers for indoor use. All hotel guests had to change to their slippers to access their indoor facilities.

Bilik yang bagus, Lokasi yang bagus, hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Wakayamashi. Sarapan yang baik juga disediakan. Hotel juga menyediakan penggunaan mesin basuh dan pengering secara percuma.

small but compact room and the location is close to both train station and Wakayama castle. Two supermarkets nearby also. Staff very friendly

It has most things you need from a hotel but I did have some trouble with the self-check in system.
