Hotel berhampiran Keramat Enoshima, Fujisawa

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely designed, which made it very pleasant to relax in. In addition, the parking area was very convenient and easy to access. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, a comfortable stay, and good facilities.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a relaxing environment. 신주쿠에서 오다큐를 타고올 예정이었는데 JR을타고 에노덴을 타게되었네요. 지도상으로는 다리를 건너야된대서 걱정했는데 아주 예쁜 다리였고 밤늦게 걸었지만 무섭지는않았어요.하지만 꽤 어두워서 숙소에 들어간후에는 외출하긴 어려웠어요. 건물이 두 채라 셀프체크인할때 어려웠는데 다행히 많이 도와주셨구요. 공용거실이 크고 예뻐서 숙소도착후 너무 좋았습니다. 공용욕실과 화장실도 깨끗하고 바로 사용할 수 있었어요. 역에서 가깝고 메인 관광지들과 가까워서 최고의 위치라고 생각해요.

很喜歡這家酒店，首先是老闆很熱情周到，耐心給我們講解房間各種設施，贈送了我們啤酒，考慮到我們有孩子也送給孩子菠蘿汁飲料，第二天早上贈送了兩杯咖啡，還有一包咖啡粉是給我們帶走的！然後房間很乾凈舒適，孩子很喜歡閣樓，衞生間和浴室都很乾凈，唯一有點不足的是床會發出吱吱的響聲，其次就是需要搬行李到二樓，但總體來説我們都很滿意，有機會來鎌倉還要住，告訴老闆咖啡好喝！

衛生乾淨，服務員服務可親。 只是訂房時不小心訂到一間吸煙房，整個走道及房間內都是煙味，枕頭也是煙味，經詢問櫃檯後無法換房，只能去找朋友蝸居了。 早餐很棒，好吃。 位置極佳。走路到騰澤站約10分鐘內可到達。 騰澤站交通方便，無論是去東京或在鏈倉市內旅遊，都有電車、快車或JR可通，出行方便快捷。飯店提供免費的行李寄放，所以也免去了要寄放行李的旅人的不便。

Location is near station and lots of shops surrounding too Neutral: - 2x washing machine & dryer but because of their popularity, have to fight for a chance to use them Bad - can be quite confusing to get to if you don’t go from station but the surrounding shops

駅から少し離れていますが近くにバス停がありバスで移動の際も便利でした　 コーヒー、紅茶は自由に飲め種類も豊富でお部屋に持って行けるので快適なお部屋でゆっくりと楽しめました 朝食バイキングもとても美味しかったです 小さめの小鉢に入ったお料理も取りやすくつい食べ過ぎるほど種類もたくさん食べれました　朝食付きのプランにして正解でした 今回は江ノ島、鎌倉の旅行で利用しました スタッフの方も親切でまた行く際に利用したいホテルです

An authentic ryokan experience complete with traditional Japanese dinner. Know there’s only one room and that same room will be both the dining and bedroom. Beds will be made into mats on the floor. We were provided a TV, refrigerator, hot water for tea. Come for the experience, just don’t expect luxury. Great one time experience.

接客のコミュニケーションは、ビジネス的対応でした。 個人的には、チャッインの忙しい時は別にして それ以外は、もっとフレンドリーであって欲しい。 特筆は、朝食が美味しいかった。期待していなかったので びっくりです。 もちろん、全て手作りではないと思いますが、仕入れ先又は食材の味、質が良かった。美味しいと素直に思えた。 朝定食ですが、セット以外にのり（のりは✖︎）と納豆が とカレーが食べれます。 これで900円は堪能です。牛丼屋の朝食より ずっと美味しい。 お勧めです。また、利用させて頂きます ありがとうございます😊
