Hotel berhampiran Stesen Hikuma, Hamamatsu

We had a lovely two days stay in this hotel and on the first morning of our stay, I told my partner that I love this hotel. I had stayed at different hotels all over Japan and so far this is the best for me. The staffs are all hundred percent kind and helpful. The room they gave us is pretty comfortable and with a nice view. The free breakfast food delicious and food staff are all nice and pleasant.

We were assigned an older room that was in dire need of an upgrade. The peeling wallpaper, fraying tatami mat, and sinking mattress made for an uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay. The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving. For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location.

Hotel provided us good service and free drinks in the lobby. Free drinks included soda water, coke, lemon tea and coffee. So sweet to have all of these. The receptionist was very helpful.

Stayed 3 nights, very comfortable stay. Staffs are attentive, special thanks to 長谷川道一 先生。He was so kind and lend me his personal mobile phone to make a local call. He speaks English well too. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay during my trip! The location was scenic and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, with friendly staff always ready to help. The overall atmosphere made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!

想像以上に施設設備が古く、不便を感じるシーンがありました。例えば、浴室内の湯温調整が難しく高温になりやすいので注意が必要です。 駐車場は敷地内に無料のものはなく、ホテル前に駐車可能なスペースが数台分(1日1200円)あるいは800円で利用出来る駐車場があります。

I had an excellent stay at the Hamamatsu Marriott Hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it one of the best nights' sleep I've had during my trip. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many popular attractions reachable within an hour's drive, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. What impressed me most was the staff. They were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Hamamatsu Marriott Hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, convenient location, and outstanding hospitality.

Отель находится в очень прекрасном месте. Единственное что портит, это автомобильная эстакада за воротами Тори. Вкусный и разнообразный ужин. Гёдза, угорь, много рыбы. Завтрак попроще. Много транзитных туристов из Поднебесной. Можно взять велосипед на прокат.

Khách sạn gần ga, mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, nhà tắm rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. Xung quanh khách sạn có combini và quán ăn ngon. Nhân viên vệ sinh cũng rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Nên thử quán cafe macolinne và quán Pho Hanoi ở gần khách sạn.

Everything was actually really good, but this hotel was so old it couldn’t feel comfortable or clean despite best efforts. Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm. Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread. Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy. I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.
