PPengguna TetamuThe whole experience was comfortable, clean and quiet. The room was spacious enough for my family, as there were 3 of us. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food. Location was well situated as it's within walking distance to the train station.

PPengguna TetamuWe recently stayed at this charming new hotel conveniently located just a short walk from the heart of the city, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant surprises of our trip.
One of the things we appreciated most was the value for money — the room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the location and what was included. If you're driving, parking is no issue at all. There’s a parking area right behind the hotel, and the front desk offers discount coupons to help reduce the cost — a small touch that goes a long way.
What made this hotel especially ideal for us was how easy it was to explore the city on foot. From the hotel, we walked to the Musical Instrument Museum and visited several other nearby attractions without needing to move the car. After a half day of exploring, we simply drove about 10 minutes to reach Yamaha Innovation Road, which was another highlight of our trip.
While the hotel is on the smaller side, it never felt cramped. In fact, it gave off a cozy, boutique vibe that made our stay feel personal and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and their signature dish — the grilled eel fried rice — was absolutely delicious. It’s a must-try if you’re staying here!
The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, including yukata robes, quality shampoo and soap, and even a humidifier in the room — perfect for keeping the air comfortable during dry seasons.
Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or helping with parking, their service truly stood out.
All in all, this hotel offered a blend of convenience, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. If you're visiting the area and want a peaceful base with easy access to city attractions, excellent service, and that rare feeling of being genuinely welcomed — this is the place. We’d gladly stay here again.

CCharlieCGood location, 5 minute walk to Hamamatsu station. Room was generally comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness could be further improved as I saw some hair leftover from the previous guests. Good if the amenities could include bathing salt.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel easily has one of the best value to money ratio that I've seen. The facility is well equiped, clean and well-run. The room itself is quite cozy and even provides a decent amount of privacy for a capsule hotel. The spa at the hotel is pleasant, it has a public bath, sauna, room for relaxation and very good shared space. I didn't have the opportunity to try everything, but what I tried - I found to be quite well. As a bonus - the facility is located pretty much in the middle of Hamamatsu with everything you need being in a walking distance, including train station and some of the best restaurants the city has to offer. If I ever go back to Hamamatsu - I would seriously consider staying here once more

PPengguna Tetamuthe hotel is in a very close proximity to Hamamatsu station (Shinkansen) and has been recently updated. The rooms feel cleaner and refreshed. The bathroom could use a facelift. However the hotel has everything that I needed for my stay. The breakfast was good , as well as the public bath.

PPanyarak NgamsritragulLocation of hotel is very good, next to Bentenjima Garden. Can relax by the Lake which is part of the garden. But the hotel suggested parking in the car park of the garden which will be charged 410 yen each time your car exits the parking area. The hotel also offers the big bath and everyone will be charged 150 yen no matter you use the service or not. Breakfast is quite good.
Rooms and hotel environment are a bit old. Cleanness should be improved.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had complete amenities — everything I needed was provided.
Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there’s a convenience store right next door, which made it super easy to grab food and essentials anytime.
What really impressed me was how quiet it was inside, even though it’s right by a city road. I barely heard any traffic noise, which made my stay even more relaxing.
Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the city. I would definitely come back.
