"A bit of a walk from Aomori Station but the hotel and room are well-equipped and has a nice view of the city and surrounding mountains & sea. It was an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again."

"Stayed 6 nights and was excellent! Left behind phone in the room. Came back after day trip and the phone was still there. This speak highly of the staff integrity. Location is less 5min walk from Aomori Train Station and close to some places of interest and surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores."

"Very good. Iron is available and can be collected from reception area. Everywhere is near. Good room space. Although when we switch on the aircond its blowing hot air. Lucky that the weather and wind at night is cooler so we decided to open the window for cool air to the room. Happy for the opportunity to stay at this hotel in aomori."

"Had a fantastic stay at Dormy Inn Aomori Natural Hot Spring. The location is very convenient, close to Aomori Station and within easy reach of nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. A major highlight was the natural hot spring bath—absolutely excellent for relaxing after a long day. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with both indoor and outdoor bathing options that made the experience even better. The complimentary late-night ramen was also a great touch, adding extra value to the stay. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient throughout. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities and excellent value. Highly recommended when visiting Aomori!"

"The onsen and breakfast were both incredible! Breakfast was buffet style with Japanese style food and lots of different drinks. I went to the onsen both when I checked in (closes at midnight) and then again in the morning before breakfast. What a treat! Staff were also very nice! The location is phenomenal as well as it's close to the station and main attractions. Some people have said that the bed and pillows are a bit hard, but personally like it better this way as it's healthier for my back. Room is a bit older style and kind of small but I was just sleeping there anyway and so it was fine Would definitely stay again!"

"We were two people. The room we stayed at was not big. If you have two suitcases it will be hard to open up both of them at the same time. We didn’t have suitcases, and therefore the space was not a problem for us. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I lost my gloves at a bus, and they helped me to get them back. You also got apple juice as a welcome drink at the front desk (very nice apple juice!). We used baggage storage after checking out, which was no problem. The room was very clean. When we were there they had an eco plan, which was that the room got cleaned only once at our 4 night stay, but could get towels whenever we wanted. We though it was good from the environment perspective (but we decided to not have any cleaning at all). Overall I though our stay at this hotel was very good."

"A small, simple room that's fine for one night, with all the necessary amenities. It's 15 minutes from the train station. I didn't pay attention when booking, but it was a smoking room; upon arrival, there was an unpleasant smell of tobacco, and even the clean sheets and bath towel still smelled of tobacco."

"I had a nice stay at Richmond Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making for a very pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly. One feature I particularly appreciated was the bathroom, which offered both a separate shower area and a bathtub, giving guests the option of a quick shower or a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. Another aspect I appreciated was the hotel's assistance in arranging for our luggage to be transferred to our next hotel in Tokyo. The process was seamless and hassle-free, allowing us to travel more comfortably without having to carry our large suitcases. I especially love this luggage forwarding service, which is widely available throughout Japan and makes travelling between cities much more convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again."

"Location of hotel is good not far from JR station. The hotel is just next to Lawson and is very convenient. A lot of restaurants around the area. The room is clean and neat. It’s a perfect place to stay for a few nights to explore Aomori."
