LLiveDeMomentExcellent hospitality from the hotel staff. The room is clean and feels newly renovated. Location is right next to the Cormorant Fishing Observation Boat Waiting Area. And there are couples of restaurants nearby.

PPengguna TetamuDormy inn at Gifu is located at a central location. If you take the overhead bridge, it’s a much shorter walk (7 mins) to Gifu train station. The hotel is prominently located so it’s hard to miss despite a short 10 mins walk if you walk along the roads. Eateries every where near the train station too. The room has a warm ambiance and is clean and comfortable (with exception of the pillow maybe too thin). There are no shower facilities inside the room as there is a big onsen for use. Travellers who want personal showers in the room may not be suitable. I love the onsen, it’s clean and nicely designed with stone flooring. There is also free Hershey ice cream, noodles at 9pm and all day nice coffee at the counter. Breakfast is worth it as there are many trademark local dishes you must try. What I love most of the hotel is the service. The staff was very friendly when I ask how to go to Gujo Hachiman and even printed the map and bus schedule. The fact they went an extra mile makes me love this hotel very much. Overall this is an amazing good value hotel that I love and highly recommend if you love onsen, food, good coffee. And excellent service too.

CCrazyKimThe reception staff are very friendly and helpful, and it is very generous that the hotel opens the onsens for use at 1 pm which is 2 hours before check-in time. The room is nice and clean, and you can see the river on one side and the mountain with the Gifu Castle on the top on the other side, same with the outdoor onsen. The set dinner is very good value for money, and the Hida beef is really nice. The hotel is just next to the Gifu Park, inside it there are many other attraction spots and you can also take the cable car to reach the top of the mountain where the Gifu castle is located. The famous traditional fishing show with cormorant birds can be viewed at the river bank right outside the hotel.

II love travelling T^TLovely hotel, had old money vibes. Seems to be a popular hotel for weddings.
The breakfast and dinner were nice, but there is not much variety, seeing as the food served for breakfast was pretty much the same for the 2 mornings I was there.
The room was nice and spacious, was clean and bright too - always a plus for me.
My biggest downside is that for the room type I booked, the rooms were located along the same corridor as the back-of-house. So we could hear dishwashing and ventilation sounds.

PPengguna Tetamuすぐ近くを線路が通るため、日中は電車の音が聞こえます。音に敏感な方は注意された方が良いです。駅からは非常にアクセスしやすく、すぐに見つけることができました。決して新しいホテルではありませんが、中はきれいに清掃されており、フロントの方々の対応は素晴らしいです。また良かったです。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

Hotel staff are very helpful and capable of simple english communication. Two USB-A charging ports and one electric socket can be found close to the head of bed.

PPengguna Tetamu急な雨。貸し傘が一本しかなくて部屋に持って行こうとしたらダメですって言われた。30分後くらいに支度して出たいから傘を借りれないですか？って聞いたらとにかく部屋に傘を持っていくのはダメと、、、結果出る頃には傘は無くなってた。
傘を盗むわけじゃないのに、短時間借りたいだけなのに、とても不快な気持ちになってしまった、、、、それがなければ良いホテル。その人以外のフロントの人はいい人だった。
シャワーのお湯は温度調整機能なし。
無料のモーニングは写真と違ったけど付いててよかった。
グリーンサラダが業務用ポテサラだった、残念(´ω`)
