Hotel berhampiran Stesen Nebukawa, Odawara

A very nice place to stay with a good location to the Odawara castle. Room condition was wonderful and it's size was big enough for a couple. We enjoyed kindness of the staff. We will come back to here if we visit Odawara again.

Das ist ein sehr liebenswertes Hotel. Sauber, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und hilfsbereites , aufmerksames Personal. Gutes Frühstück, Kaffee nachmittags gratis und wer spät noch Hunger hat bekommt etwas zu essen, was will man mehr. Eindeutige Empfehlung !

Lovely hotel in the prime location. We had the best time here with nice onsen experience and can see Odawara castle right from the rooftop. The staffs were very friendly, welcoming and could speak English properly. Highly recommended if you want convenience and onsen experience. Also recommend to borrow their Yukata for only 100 yen. It will be great to do photoshoot.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ryokan Plum. We were welcomed warmly and got a glass of ice tea because it was so hot. Our room had enough space to put our suitcases and move around in comparison with some hotel rooms we stayed in. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. Every space was really clean and well taken care of. Thank you for the nice stay.

受付の女性が丁寧に室内を説明してくださった。 施設は掃除が行き届いており、シャワールームや脱衣所は想像よりずっと綺麗だった。もう一度神奈川の真ん中らへんに泊まることがあれば利用したいと思う。

The location is great, within walking distance with good view of the station. Basic toiletries and complimentary items can be slightly lacking; you need to remember to take from the lobby communal counter. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they provide facial care sample packs as part of the amenities. Room is more spacious than expected, which is a bonus. Wireless internet is intermittent which may cause confusion. Overall good experience.

This place is perfect to stay. It’s very clean In the apartment and comfortable to stay. The only problem is how to find the location. There are several apartments there. So probably it would be helpful if owner would connect to the guest beforehand to send the certain location of his/her apartment.

The service was good and the place is very convenient to everyone. It is easy to go to the train station and easy to find good restaurants. I had a wonderful experience.

Older hotel - room nicely upgraded. Problem was, hotel only had 1 small old elevator for all of the hotel. Slow and inconvenient. Staff excellent and safe parking for our trikes.

真的超乎我的想象，酒店離JR走路5分鐘之內，房間是老式酒店，還用着很傳統的房間鑰匙，喲定的是不含早餐的房間，但是依然為我們準備了早餐（可頌和香蕉），房間的衞生也很不錯，洗浴用品是POLA的，也貼心準備了睡衣，房間大小也比東京好太多。出門的時候前台大叔還會貼心提醒我們箱根可能要下雨，讓我們記得帶傘。這個價格真的是性價比超高，下次如果還來這裏的話我依舊會選擇這家酒店！
