Hotel berhampiran Pusat Kajian Sungai Oyodo, Miyazaki

We stayed for 2 nights, excellent location & amenities. Room was spacious, clean and very modern. USB ports available next to bed, fully functional room. Bed and pillows were soft & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent; both qualities and selection. Paid car parking just behind hotel, at reasonable flat rate per nite. We love to use the JR hotels, the hotels are always at strategic location and highly rated.

Lovely hotel with friendly receptionists and great service. We had a small hiccup at first as we originally booked the Japanese-style room but unfortunately the air conditioner had a very loud crackling noise. After informing the staff, they immediately changed us to a Western-style room without any hassle. The room was perfectly fine and we didn’t mind the change at all. The stay also came with a buffet breakfast that had a good selection — definitely enough to fill you up before starting the day. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room nice and cold, the bathroom was spacious and overall it felt like one of those hotels you would happily stay longer in. Free parking on-site is available too. Laundry room equipped with good amount of washing machines and dryers with free detergents too. Thumbs up for this 👍🏻

The room is big with all the amenities. Our room is facing the sea, we were able to see the sun rise, super gorgeous! The onsen is also great, free for us, and it is open to the public with surcharge. The hostel location is 10/10, close to the Aoshima island, and there is a big park nearby! We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is centrally location, a few stop is bus stop to airport and vice versa, walkable distance to Miyazaki Station and Minami Miyazaki Station, if don’t wanna to walk, there is option to take bus to both stations. Tachibana shopping street and its neighborhood is nearby. Room design is cute and lovely, breakfast is available until 11.00 for dine in and take out.

青島のビーチにも徒歩圏内であり、青島観光を目的とするならベストだと思います。お部屋もお風呂、トイレも清潔でした。テレビもYouTubeやNetflix対応のテレビでしたし、ポッピンアラジンも付いているので、YouTubeでアイドルの動画を見て楽しみました^_^ DVDやBlu-rayプレーヤーは無いので、PCとHDMIケーブルを持参して、鑑賞することができました。1階の寝室はベットが気持ちいいですが、2階の和室に置いてあるお布団は、薄いマットレスと、羽毛布団で、少し格差があるなと感じました。

The morning breakfast is as expected of a typical Jap hotel & ends at 830am, kind of early. The location is 5 bus stops, roughly 1.2km, away from Miyazaki JR station. Although there’s a mini separate gender hot pool onsen to enjoy but it operates till 930pm, kind of early too. But I do see some using beyond 930pm so not sure if that’s the norm. Plus point are (1) soft pillow choices at lift lobby to bring up for extra usage, (2) hot & cold drinks 24 hrs & (3) hotel is located within shopping belt. There’s no key card but given a paper that contains PIN number to open your hotel room door. Room is very clean but small for 2 luggages. 

We booked a Japanese room and it is quite small. The staff helped to lay the futons and your beds are set up for you quickly in the evening in less than 5 minutes. The room however is a bit small and very limited space left after the beds are set up. The breakfast spread was quite good with Jap and western choices. Location wise, it is about a km from aoshima and a nice stroll along the coast. It also offer wave boarding at about usd100.

Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable! We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.

The hotel is beautiful and it has great amenities (top restaurants including a high ranked steakhouse,, an amazing bakery, a gym, hot spring, laundry room and several stores including a kimono rental store. The hotel is located close to malls and the subway station. The staff are very kind and are always willing to assist even if they are not proficient in English . The breakfast buffet is also great and was included in my reservation. Visiting the steakhouse is a must , it is a tad pricey but worth the expenditure. Miyazaki is known for its beef and chicken. My only negative comment pertains to showers in the standard rooms (there are three kinds of rooms). The showers are very dated, have a weird smell and the shower heads are what you would normally find  in a bathroom from the 70s. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, if I had known the showers and tub were so old I would have upgraded to a deluxe room. Overall the hotel is great and it is well priced for its amenities.

It seems an old house turned into guesthouse. The bed was old but comfy. It felt strangely at home there. There is basic check-in procedure. Wifi was good. The area seen better days, including cleaning. But in low season like now it is fine to stay overnight. I guess during peak season of surfing it may be packed and louder.
