PPengguna TetamuI was very impressed with this hotel as I had read some reviews that mentioned it is a little older than the average property but it was sparkling clean with lovely facilities and guest rooms. The location is perfect for visiting the three famous onsen hot springs facilities and the hotel actually provide special clothing to make visiting the onsens easier and more authentic. Parking is available for a fee and there is a small restaurant/bar onsite. This is a ripper of a hotel.

今回は、お安く泊まれるところを探していたので
申し分ありませんでした。
すぐそばに24時間500円のコインパーキングもあります。
お部屋が狭いため暖房の効きが早かったのでよかったです。
テレビを見ようとしたら元電が切れているのか？つけ方がわからず、結局見れないままでした。
せめて、元電をつけた状態にしていただけだらよかったです。
スリッパがありましたので問題はありませんが床が汚いのと、や壁がはげているのが気になりました。
とはいえ、全体的に清潔感を保っているので、1日だけ、お安く泊まりたい時にはとてもいいお部屋だと思います。
ドライヤー、鏡、歯ブラシ、タオル1、バスタオル1はありました。

RRoyce ChauThe location is excellent! It's right in the middle of the two big transport hubs - JR Matsuyama station and Matsuyama City station. Both stations are 15 mins walk away, or you can take the tram to reach both of them, the tram stop is right next to the hotel. And there are convenient stores just at the corner. Food in the hotel restaurant is good, room is clean. The only thing which is not so satisfied is the internet wireless connection is not very stable. Overall I'm very happy with my stays.

PPengguna TetamuWe wanted to experience Dogo Onsen and this was a great choice (albeit expensive because it was a holiday weekend). The hotel is lovely and the service is beyond excellent. The staff was super kind as we are English speakers. Plus, we really enjoyed the hotels onsens better than the ones in town (the Dogo Onsen is being renovated and only one room was open for each gender; the same was the case with the Annex). The hotels onsens were lovely and the private outdoor onsen was a really lovely experience. We also took advantage of their convenient bus service into town although it’s only a 10 minute walk and we walked multiple times. Highly recommend!

PPengguna TetamuMy stay there with my dog was rather pleasant. There was a beach in front of it, not so wide but still you could walk down and play with your pet no problem. Staffs were very kind and helped with all the inquiries. Just hope they have their own playground for pet with a fence somewhere in the hotel property. That would make this hotel top notch. Also there were no shuttles to Dogo onsen or Gongen onsen. That issue should be handled and resolved. I has stayed there for 10 days and wow! It was great!

PPengguna Tetamu酒店很大，雖然已經有62年歷史，但設施還是蠻新。
訂房的時候沒留意他的早，晚餐是自助餐。我們想吃懷石料理。就問他們可否改吃懷石料理？店家很快回覆，說加錢就可以。及後又記起我們有不吃牛肉的。又再次跟酒店聯絡，他們也是回覆很快。那頓晚飯我覺得值回票價。不但食材新鮮，那個服務員岡山小姐，上菜時間拿捏得很好。其中有一道菜是鯛魚煮，我們吃完之後，岡山小姐說了個我們不知道的秘密，他從魚骨裡挑出一個形狀極似魚形的骨塊。然後跟我們說這是個幸運部位。可以用來許願，我們許願後，他又小心翼翼地把這片小骨頭包起來，叫我們拿回家。這頓飯我們不但飽腹，還了解到日本人對食材的尊重。岡山小姐真的很尊業。

JJen MaguilaThe place is really accessible to Dogo Onsen. It is clean & the front desk staff is kind & welcoming. She also tried her best to talk to me in English. My only problem is that since the divider is so thin that I could hear the loud snore of the person in the room & the sounds in the next room. Hoping they would provide earbuds to their guests or bring your own.
Toilets are only two on the 2nd floor, one of them is for both gender which will be troublesome if everyone leaves at the same time.
But generally it is a good place to stay.

PPengguna TetamuI was there at Jan 2024, and only stayed there for 2 days.
The staff there can speak English, and were nice. The second day I stayed there, the staff offered me to have hotpot with all the other people living in Fujiya, an unforgettable experience I treasured and will forever remembered. Even though it is a proxy of a Japanese family, it did feel like I have experienced the Japanese hospitality and friendliness. There were some interesting characters, who may or may not frequented Fujiya, whom I had the pleasure to have this hotpot together.
The facilities are not the best, but the basics necessities were there and no complaining from me, they have an AC there, comfortable enough for me.
The staff did explain that there is only one shower, so we might have to wait for the person to finish. However, since the location is so close to Dogo Onsen, they did recommend to go there instead, and after all, it was why i chose this location in the first place. Location is really close to the Dogo Onsen and the Yuzuki-Castle ruin, which was a lifesaver for me
I would say that all other sight-seeing locations are within walking distance as well since I did walk to all those interesting places. However, I do realize not all people like to walk like I do. To counter that, Fujiya is practically next to the tram station, which you can use it to go to many places in the city.
tldr, would recommend

ササフミ朝食は別途(混みのプランもあるかも？)。2025/12月で２種類あるが各800円。事前予約必要。朝食は7階で景色○。朝方はやや路面電車の音はするがそこまで気になるほどではない。いろいろと頻繁にホテルと往き来して出歩きたい人に鍵はチェックアウトまで所持可能なので楽。
カプセルホテルではなく狭くても個室がいいという人にはちょうどいい金額。喫煙部屋のほうが安かったのでそちらを予約。非喫煙者なために初めに部屋に入ったときには臭いは少し気にはなったけど途中でなれました。
ビジネスホテルなのでバスは狭いので広いお風呂入りたいなら直近に温泉があるのでそちらに行けば問題なし。道後温泉よりも個人的にはこちらのほうが良かったです。
