MMathilde Barthelemy-VigierExcellent hotel : ideally situated, a sheer 15min to the done and peace memorial ans 20-25 min by walking from the train station, the Bhotel atudio is perfect for a family stay when discovering Hiroshima.
Well designed and equipped, it is a lovely place for a family (one can even cook diner and breakfast in the well equipped kitchen part). Important to read the entrance instructions for smooth check-in (as all is automatic, but if done, very very easy)

Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. We used the Ta-Q-Bin (luggage forwarding) service to send our bags to our next stop in Nagoya, and the staff handled it perfectly. Also made use of their valet laundry service for our tops and pants—it was quick and saved us a lot of hassle. If you're looking for a stress-free base in Hiroshima, this is it.

TTorchbearerThe Moderate cabin size capsule was a lot better with the locker gate right under the bed with lock and key. No more climbing up and down capsules, while noises from other guests were less with more space. It's also located on 7F, so elevator wait times start becoming an issue. Overall I like the Moderate cabin size better. Staff continues to be accommodating with luggage storage
Location was also accessible enough to make 1st ferry to Miyajima Island first thing in the morning and still be back at a reasonable time in the evening

AAim UnlimitedIt's close to Hiroshima station, easy access and walkable.
There are many shops and restaurants around, especially the good Hiroshimayaki shops.
We ended up with big bellies every single night.
The room is small but comfortable and the heater is not centralized so we can adjust to our liking.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel’s facilities are excellent, and the location is very convenient. For the price, it offers great value. Most staff members were friendly and helpful, but the January 5th evening shift staff member was not friendly at all.
On the night of January 5, this male staff member was quite unhelpful and rude. I had a package delivered to the hotel, and I had confirmed ahead of time that the hotel could receive it.
When I asked about it, he said they hadn’t received any packages. I explained that the building’s address might be shared and that it could have been delivered to the neighboring property (this had happened before, and another staff member had kindly helped me retrieve it).
However, he simply told me to contact the delivery company myself and walked away abruptly. Since I don’t speak Japanese, it was difficult for me to handle the issue alone.
I chose a hotel with front desk service specifically for help in such situations.
The next morning, I spoke to another staff member, who kindly said they would look into it. Later, they found the package, which indeed had been delivered to the neighboring building.
That evening, I was finally able to collect it—but it had been opened.
The staff apologized repeatedly, and I accepted their apology, but thinking back, it does raise some concern.
The opened package contained over-the-counter medicine, and the box was clearly labeled as such. If there was any suspicion, I believe it would have been more appropriate to verify with the guest upon pickup or report it to the authorities, rather than open the package privately.
Overall, the hotel’s hardware and location are excellent, and the staff are generally polite. I just hope that management can improve staff training and establish a better procedure for handling delivered packages to ensure a more professional experience in the future.

DDr.p3pp3rThe location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus.
The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room.
The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability.
Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable.
Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson.
Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.

The location is pretty good, the Peace Park is really near the hotel. I liked Hiroshima and staying in the guesthouse was comfortable
