Lokasi adalah sempurna! Apabila anda melangkah keluar dari stesen metro yang disambungkan ke pusat membeli-belah, ia terletak betul-betul di sebelah hotel. Peralatan mandian yang disediakan dengan baik. Secara keseluruhan, kami sangat gembira dengan bilik itu.

Excellent Stay with the Sweetest Staff From the moment we arrived, the check-in was swift and welcoming—truly one of the friendliest hotel teams we’ve met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side—but that’s to be expected in Japan. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety, with options that cater to both local and Western tastes. All in all, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

I stayed at R&B Hotel Hachioji for 9 nights in a single non-smoking room from Dec 31, 2024, to Jan 8, 2025. First impressions: Room: The room was clean and relatively spacious, featuring a carpeted floor, a clean bathroom, and Toto toilets with a built-in bidet. Liquid soap and shampoo are also provided. The room was quiet and peaceful during my stay, perfect for resting after a long day. Amenities: A table with a wide variety of amenities (such as disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial cleansers, facial toners, razors, shaving cream, to name a few) can be found on the lobby floor. A coin-operated laundry room with free detergent is also available on the 5th floor. While detergent is free, laundry costs about 200 yen for a 30-minute wash and 200 yen for a 30-minute dry. If needed, a coin exchanger is available on the lobby floor. Service: The staff were super friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout my stay, which was very convenient for staying connected. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and if needed, you can leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in time. Breakfast was included in my package and consisted of curry and rice, oats, yogurt, boiled eggs. For beverages, there was a coffee machine, orange juice, apple juice and tea. Towels and toiletries are changed daily during cleaning time. However, bed sheets are changed only every 3 days, so if your stay is shorter than that, bedding will not be changed—something to keep in mind. Convenience: The hotel is very well located, with three convenience stores nearby (7-11, Family Mart and Lawsons). The Keio line is just a 5-minute walk away, and the JR line is a bit further, about a 10-minute walk, but still very convenient. There are also shopping malls and eateries nearby. The surrounding area is lively yet peaceful, making it easy to explore. Value for Money: Considering the location, amenities, and service, I found the hotel to offer excellent value for money. ありがとうございました

Hotel ini terletak berhampiran dengan susur keluar selatan Stesen JR Hachioji, dengan kedai serbaneka dan pasar raya berdekatan. Perkhidmatan ini mengagumkan, bukan sahaja daftar masuk/daftar keluar automatik mudah, tetapi bilik juga mempunyai surat alu-aluan yang ikhlas, kren origami dan anak patung itik, yang semuanya menyampaikan sentuhan mesra dan peribadi.

ファンミのために一泊二日しました。 チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくださった上にチェックインの時には荷物がお部屋に運んでくださるという凄く素敵なサービスをしてくださっていました。 お部屋は古さから壁やドアに汚れがありました。壁が薄いようで隣の音が気になりました。 エアコンがローかハイでしか選べず加湿器や空気清浄機がないため喉がかなり乾燥しました。 ベッドが固くあまり寝れませんでした。 コンビニは駅付近にはあるけどホテル付近にはありません。 朝から富士山が見れたことがこのホテルの1番いいところです。

リピートです。八王子駅北口から徒歩5分ほど。利便性が良く周辺には飲食店、コンビニがあります。金額がもう少し安ければと思いますが、今のご時世厳しいですね。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

2回目の利用です お部屋は雰囲気もあり、清潔感もあります 受付に置いてあるシャンプーなど、レンタルできるのがとても良い点です ご飯屋さんが近くに色々あるのも良いところです

A little dated, however it fit the purpose. The hotel has a policy of no guests can leave the hotel with a key for their room. Need to leave it with reception otherwise you are locked in the reception area.
