The best feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being situated so close to the train station was incredibly convenient and made navigating the city simple.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy space to return to after a day out.
The only minor drawback is the lack of dining options immediately surrounding the hotel. While the train station proximity solves most travel needs, guests should be aware that they might need to travel a short distance to find a wide selection of restaurants.
Overall, for travelers prioritizing convenience, cleanliness, and budget, this hotel is an excellent choice.

1) the receptionist on May 14, 2025 around 22:00 was not willing to help us doing the self-check in kiosk. We were about 15 minutes struggling on putting our names or booking ID to verify the booking but it didn’t work. After that a staff with glasses came from the room from the back of reception and helped us through it. Thx a lot to her.

Most Japan hotel don’t change your bedsheet. Only towels and throw rubbish. Appreciate the Nepal receptionist that take great care of us as foreigners. I wasn’t feeling well and ask if can check in early but the manager don’t allow. As I asked again as left 15min to 3pm check in time. She just came in work and took over the role and let me check in early as I am super unwell as just touch down to Tokyo. The hotel is convenient as three bustop to Disney land. But taxi from Disneyland is expensive.

Lovely hotel welcoming with complimentary drinks 24hrs. Next to Lawson conveni stall and provide free shuttle bus to/fro Disneyland/sea. 10mins walk to bigger suppermarkets and eateries. Room space is better compared to normal Japan hotel room size considering 2 double bed although we have only 2 person. Am happy with the 3nighrs stay given above and washing machine reasonable charge at 300jpy and dryer at 100jpy. Can be improve to have luaggage weighing machine. They're kind to received items on behalf abd provide courier service at front counter from what I know. Lastly, it's convient 3muns walk to take airport limo bus from next door Hyatt Hotel. Thank you!

10/10. Couldn’t stop raving about this hotel. It’s perfect in so many aspects. I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation near Disneyland & DisneySea. The shuttle bus is super reliable every 10 mins. Please do get the hotel breakfast too. It’s so yummy with variety of spread. The quality is amazing beyond words! The room is big as well. I’m a family of 5 and it fits us very comfortably.
Okay, 1 thing that I need to highlight is the hairdryer! Ladies, please use their ReFa hairdryer and hair straightener. They are game changers! I came across this brand after staying here and I’m a convert. If you’ve used dyson before, ReFa is a super strong contender and dare I say, even better! Your hair just dries so much smoother and they just fall into places nicely.
The amenities provided are just high quality. As a guest, I could feel thoughts were taken into consideration when they plan it. They have facial wash, skin milk, down to hair serum/oil (like what). They are free for you to take as you need, btw. So, what more can i say? The staffs were amazing beyond words too.

CChrissy_HankWow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it.

AAna Bernadeth DioknoThis was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home.
Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven.
The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special.
Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us.
Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room.
Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view.
This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖

RRamil RakhimovThe hotel is close to the Disney resort. And it is not expensive like Disney hotels. But that means you won't have the happy hour when you can enter the park 1 hour before it opens for everyone. If you forgot to buy something at the resort, the hotel has a Disney shop.
There are shuttle busses that you can use to get to the train stations for free. After the resort closes, you can return to the hotel from the Maihama station. This is convenient, but you may need to wait the bus.
Also there is a bus that goes straight to the airport.
The room is pleasant and comfortable, the colors are warm and relaxing. There is everything you may need. The internet has a high upload speed, so the pictures and videos will upload really fast!
The staff is friendly and ready to help. There are many services you can use. And there are 2 restaurants that are open late (until 22:30 or so).
If you come to the hotel in the evening and you need something, you don't need to go anywhere else. There are a 24-open convenience store, ATM and even the currency exchange machine! The laundry is OK, but most unoccupied machines were available after 11 PM.
If you have spare time and energy in the evening, you can visit various stores or just walk around. The hotel is spacious so you will walk a lot. It takes at least 48 seconds to reach the center of the corridor from a lift, and that is when you don't have luggage at all!
I don't regret that I chose this hotel. It was comfortable to stay there.

LlymaThe hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney.
5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station.
Only complaints are:
1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time.
2) Hard bed
3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am
4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night
5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte.
Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel if you're planning on visiting the Tokyo Disney Parks. Very large rooms for Japan standards, and we especially loved how each one of us had separate hanging hooks and ample space for our large luggages. The Disney shuttle busses arrived very frequently every hour and take you to each individual park. The rooms were very clean and there was daily housekeeping. Each floor also had a coin operated washer and dryer, water dispenser and a microwave oven. The Lawson combini at the lobby was a godsend, and it opens 24hrs. Have already recommended the hotel to my friends, who will be coming next February. We enjoyed our stay and I'm now looking to book other Mitsuir Garden hotels when we visit Japan next.

GG_VPHeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience.
The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience.
The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks.
Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

JJacq25The location is great—Bayside Station is right across the road, and they’ve got shuttle buses running there and to Maihama Station.
The rooms feel a bit old-school, but they’re clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. One big plus: unlike other hotels that stay dim and yellow, the ceiling lights here are adjustable. Since I love a bright room, that was a huge win for me!
Just a heads-up, they don’t sell early entry passes for Disneyland/sea. Overall, it’s a solid spot. Highly recommended!

However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance.

PPengguna TetamuBooked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland and Disney sea!!!
