NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions. I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things. Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc. The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery. Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey. Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards. My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift. A UM Undoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹

GGuest UserHotel itu cantik!!! Sangat mengesyorkan untuk menempah ini untuk perjalanan anda yang seterusnya. Lokasinya betul-betul ke istana Diraja, di tepi sungai. Anda boleh melihat pemandangan indah dari bilik tepi sungai dan juga di bar atas bumbung hotel. Reka bentuknya adalah jenis kemewahan moden yang tenang. Kakitangan sangat prihatin dari pintu depan, kafe, meja depan, di bar, pembantu rumah dan semasa sarapan pagi. Kalian sangat mengagumkan. Bilik itu bersih, reka bentuk yang bagus, katilnya sangat selesa. Keadaan bilik sangat baru. Ia berbaloi untuk tinggal. Sekali lagi sangat mengesyorkan.

GGuest UserPenginapan mewah di lokasi yang hebat. Salah satu penginapan saya yang bagus dalam lawatan Asia. Katil yang bagus, bersih, pemandangan yang baik dari bilik saya, pilihan bufet antarabangsa yang baik. Ia adalah penginapan yang selesa dan menyeronokkan. ****** bukan perkara saya, tetapi bagus untuk pergi bersiar-siar, kerana pilihan makanan adalah 24 jam. Saya dihidangkan dengan ayam mentah di dewan makanan, di bawah aras tanah tetapi, saya faham sepenuhnya. Saya ditawarkan makanan percuma pada lawatan seterusnya. Terima kasih atas pengalaman yang baik.

RRobsastarOn this trip I upgraded to one of their apartments and that made my week even more comfortable.. Very spacious, bath, 2 showers 2 toilets, 2 good aircon units and a small balcony overlooking Wat Botum pagoda. A good family sized fridge freezer meant my drinks, milk meats and cheeses were cold. Basic utensils but top tip, bring a normal cutlery knife. Located on 4th floor, I woas treated to a spooky but spectacular lightning show without the rumble of thunder. Stood on balcony and had a fantastic view. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfasts still very good, simple but plenty. However going 'self-catering' allowed me to get my cornflakes and ice cold milk in the morning. Cannot beat that! Next visit will see me booking an apartment only. So so convenient. Again, Le Botum was a superb location for me. Go to street 172. Plenty of expats....some characters too...and a 24hr supermarket called 'Smile' and you will. So much British stuff, it could have been anywhere in the UK. Book Le Botum. You won't be disappointed.

PPengguna TetamuI enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is safe, comfortable, and conveniently situated in the Riverside district. It has a good cost performance (i.e. price-to-quality ratio). Not everything is perfect, but the staff makes up for it, they are friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Nita who is fantastic, she is the nicest person and she helped me with all my requests). I originally booked a basic room until I found out a few days ahead the room had no window (I did not read the description carefully enough), so I upgraded for a “standard double room” with window. The first room I moved into did not have hot water. The hotel was not able to fix it, so eventually they moved me to another room where the hot water worked, which was great. The room did not have a chair and desk, but I asked the staff and they brought one. At some point, Nita helped me arrange a laundry load. It was done overnight and cost 3 dollars, so it seems the laundry is outsourced to a nearby business. At night, the street can be a little loud, there are many bars, KTVs and nightclubs located here. But it did not bother me, I could sleep through it easily. Many of the bars have hordes of pretty women who, beginning at dusk, sit outside and come ask you to drink with them. They get your attention by shouting “hello”, “come here”, “handsome” and “bong” (mister) as you are walking by. In any event, this did not bother me, I never actually felt harassed and could come and go the hotel as I pleased. The description mentioned the room would have a minibar, but my room didn’t have one. Probably I could have asked for it, but I realized I didn’t need one. One morning, there was a visit by the police, they were checking visas and passports from all foreign hotel guests. This was unexpected, but it went smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would probably come here again. Not everything is perfect, but I give it 4.5 stars (4 stars for the price/quality/location plus an extra half-staff bonus for the staff, especially Nita).

VVichraI had a great stay at Norodom Clover Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

PPARTHKUMAR ARUNKUMAR PATELI think this Hotel are delighted. Hotel is like eco-friendly basically value voice like is worth it and my wife is from Cambodia and we both stay in that hotel whenever I go from UK to Cambodia I prefer to stay in Arad delight hotel even when I tried the Central hotel is a bit expensive, but the comfort level is nice as well as compared to the Hotel this is mid range Hotel and the Central hot is like amazing as well. I would like to recommend to try both of the hotels and they are perfect in service breakfast and everything.

PPengguna TetamuGreat 4-night stay in Phnom Penh! I was upgraded to a huge 4-bed room, which was amazing. The location is excellent, the shower works well, beds are comfortable, and the staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed the balcony, and the swimming pool is nice too. Downsides: lots of mosquitoes in the room and hallways. Breakfast is just average. A little scary on the first day — I forgot my room number and accidentally scanned my card and unlocked someone else’s room (thankfully no one was inside!). This shouldn't happen, and it made me feel unsafe knowing someone could enter with the same key. Overall still a pleasant stay, would recommend for the great room, location and service!

PPengguna TetamuOne of the only good things about this hotel is its great location. We booked a room with a window ( for an extra fee). Upon check-in we were informed that there is no room with a window available and that if we don't like the room we can request a room change. The receptionist offered no apology as if it is normal to get a room without a window even if you have paid for it. Since we arrived at 8pm we had no option but to accept it. No compensation in any form was offered. The next morning we requested a room change because the room stank of sewage. It was one of the worst rooms I had stayed in my life. The room was dirty and smelly, the walls looked as if they hadn't been painted for a decade and the furniture and bed were in need of renovation. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms but again no compensation was offered. The second room was a bit better.
