"My family and I have stayed at Riviera every time we go to Seoul at least once or twice a year for many years now - it has everything we need. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms/beds (book/ask to be in the newer/upgraded part of the hotel, it's much nicer), great restaurants, friendly staff (particularly the front desk manager, he's wonderful!), exceptional service, convenient complimentary parking, sauna/pool, good location, convenient stores, and restaurants nearby. The bakery/cafe/wine shop in the lobby is lovely. Guest discounts at some restaurants and at the cafe. Everything is so satisfactory! Thank you! 한국방문할때마다 이용하는데 매번 정말 만족스러워요. 룸상태, 식당들, 1층에 카페, 무료주차 등 뭐 하나 흠잡을 데가 없어요. 직원분들도 모두 너무 친절하시고 잘해주세요. 특히 프론트에 계시는 매니저님, 딱봐도 베테랑이신거 같은데 정말 프로페셔널하시고 친절하십니다. 이번에도 너무 잘 지내다 가요, 감사합니다!"

"Convenient location walkable to transportations, restaurants, and convenient stores. Staffs is friendly and helpful, and also can speak good English. The room is clean and new with elevator. They provide basic amenities, if need more there’s an amenity vending machine downstairs."

"3min to Exit 3 of Seolleung station, and airport bus 6703 is a 5min stroll away (at L7 hotel). Love the connectivity to the subway, and the neighbourhood has a lot of food options to offer. Emart hypermarket is an only 2 bus stops away. Toilet sometimes has a musty smell, and some of the shower towels look overused. But i appreciate the good housekeeping. Gym is small but well stocked. Only issue - I asked for a late check out of 30min and was rejected initially, i think there can be some flexibility there (i don’t think my request was unreasonable)."

"I visited with a group of three, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! The location is right in front of the airport terminal, which gave us immense peace of mind despite arriving late. Security is excellent—late at night, even the common areas require a key card for access, which made us feel completely safe. We were also genuinely touched by the thoughtful seasonal welcome gift. The amenities were incredibly well-designed. The hair dryer was powerful and convenient to use, with a temperature control button on top. After exploring during the day, we relaxed in the common area with some iced tea in the evening. I especially appreciated that the ice was pre-portioned into individual cups, which felt very hygienic. Since we arrived on a rainy day, having a clothes Styler to refresh my dress was an absolute lifesaver. The neighborhood is packed with fun local dining spots to choose from. I even tried Sundaeguk (Korean blood sausage soup) for the first time at Park Seobang Restaurant! On checkout day, we had some time before our flight, and the hotel's daytime luggage storage made everything so easy. As for the room, the bedding was light and incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was initially a bit hesitant about the bunk beds, but they weren't uncomfortable at all and actually gave off a nostalgic, cozy childhood vibe. What really stood out was that the space didn't have that typical ”accommodation smell”; instead, it was filled with Near Blue’s pleasant signature scent, leaving us in a great mood until the very end. Between the wonderful stay and the sweet goodbye gift, I will remember this place for a long time. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Seoul!"

"Reception was friendly and helpful. Location was quite near to a train station, and there are plenty of food and convenience stores nearby. Facilities were clean, and well furnished. No locked doors but a curtain for privacy, with just enough space for a bed and luggage underneath. Overall a good enough stay for 1-2 nights if you are easygoing and an adaptable traveller. Thanks for the pleasant stay!"

"This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and everything has always been excellent — but not this time. It all started at check-in, when we were given a different room than the one we had booked. However, thanks to the reception staff, the issue was quickly resolved. Then we noticed that the toilet smelled of smoke, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking. We informed the staff, and over time the smell became less noticeable. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff responded promptly to all our requests. These minor inconveniences did not spoil our stay. We will definitely come back again."

"Absolutely loved my stay here, it was super comfortable and I felt very safe throughout! From the time I spent in the dining area, I noticed a lot of young travellers and even international working professionals stay here, so everyone is very respectful in regards to quiet hours, cleanliness, and minding their own business. I was impressed upon arriving to my room and was even more impressed by the smart design of the shower system! Everything is provided, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, towels, hair dryer, and even toothbrush+toothpaste. Even if you’re missing something there’s a CU convenience store within walking distance away. Every part of check-in was smooth including setting up your locker area ! Overall very happy with my experience!"

"Convenient to travel from the airport—Bus 6009 stops nearby. The hotel is located right by the Orange Line subway. The staff provide good service and offer luggage storage. However, the downside is that the bed is very hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Overall, it’s a good stay."

"For the hostel is a really good option. The place is clean, especially considering the amount of people coming and going. Basically there is no big difference between images here and realty. The only inconvenience was the shower room, which is located on the separate floor so it wasn’t really convenient to jump between floors and pass the lobby and lounge area every time. Good for short stays if you need a place to sleep and ready to share facilities with others for awhile. I didn’t even use my earplugs even though there are like ten other people in the same room with me."
