交通方便，門口走出去大概五分鐘有公交站，能直達釜山火車站，同一站坐公交去金海機場地鐵快線也很方便。適合急行軍人士。不好的地方是房間確實有煙味……還有p3這個樓道多少有些**……

Very happy I changed from hotel at Samyeong to Busan station Ramada Encore. Super convenient to take Korail. Bus stop just a 1-2 min walk and taxi right at door step. Had an early flight to catch and at 4am+ few taxi waiting in line. Other drivers in queue help to load luggage into the boot and open door etc. The city bus also at door step. Ferry Terminal to hotel just few mins and hotel to airport about 30 to 35 mins, the time i took.

The hotel is surrounding with Gukje market, Bupyeong market, BIFF square, Lotte department store, Jagalchi fish market and Busan tower. Great for shopping, all within walking distance. Besides, it is near to busan KTX station, just 2 stations away. There are also lot of street food, cafe and restaurant nearby. The room was clean and as shown in the photos. I had a nice view room which could see Busan tower from my room’s window.

Di hadapan Hotel mendapat perhentian bas, anda boleh pergi ke mana-mana di Busan. Kalau nak naik train juga dekat exit MRT. Di lobi ada 2 kerusi urut untuk orang yang selepas penat membeli-belah boleh berehat di sana. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah tiada bilik dobi. Keseluruhannya bagus, berbaloi untuk menginap，syorkan Hotel ini, lain kali saya datang, akan tinggal di sini lagi

After staying at the Toyoko Hotel a few blocks away and hearing all the noise and how loud and careless housekeeping was I decided to try out the Brown Dot Hotel. It was a much larger room, cleanliness was on point, staff were fast and simple, the House keeping staff did their jobs somehow without us ever hearing them like they were ninjas, there was little to no noise whatsoever inside the room from the outside. I give it a 10/10 and will be staying more in the future!!

In terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room.
The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet.
I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron.
The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm.
I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there.
I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

The location is awesome, close to metro and bus station. You can even have a great morning run to Busan North Habour or Busan Tower. The room is spacious as well. The service is great. However, the amenities are not well-equipped, especially hair dryer. But it’s worth the price though.

PPengguna TetamuJust a minute from the subway and convenient to go to any attractions in Haeundae. However, it takes plenty of time to get a lift up or down as too many hotel guests share in the same building. As such, it is not easy to get in the lift particularly during the peak hours. The hotel room size is average but the blanket is a bit hot to cover. We were staying 2 nights there, the 1st night is so far so good. However the 2nd night is a nightmare and we could not slept for the entire night. As the stove ventilation pipe has ”tart tart” sound continously since 23:05 till more than an hour. We have not used it before but the sound came out suddenly. However, the receptionist desk closed since 23:00 so we have no way to voice out our condition. Honestly, we will not put it in our list in the future.

The location is unbeatable—it’s right across the street from Busan Station, making it incredibly easy to catch the metro for my flight the next morning.

MmelissasunshineWe had such a positive experience staying here last March that we booked another stay for December, drawn back primarily by the excellent location. Unfortunately, our second visit was quite disappointing as the rooms were showing significant signs of neglect, including mould growth throughout the space.
While the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us, the overall condition left much to be desired. The bathroom in particular is in urgent need of upgrades, and the lack of adequate table space was a major inconvenience. We struggled to find places to keep our belongings, with only a small front table available. This led to us having to charge our devices on the floor, which created a tripping hazard near the power sockets; adding to the problem, the sockets were inconsistent, with some being loose or non-functional, meaning we had to test each one to find those that worked.
The property appears to be falling into disrepair in several areas. The bathroom doors were misaligned with nails sticking out, and the floors had uneven bumps that could become dangerous if they wear down and expose sharp edges.
On the positive side, the location remains incredibly convenient. It's just a two-minute walk from Nampo Station, Exit 3. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is also helpful for travellers, though there are limitations here too. The facilities are only accessible until 9pm, which clashes with the schedule of many guests who return later in the evening, shower, and then the need to do laundry. With only one machine and one dryer available, wait times are often long, and by the time it’s our turn, it’s nearly time for the facilities to close. Adding more machines or extending the operating hours would make a significant difference to guest comfort.
We sincerely hope the hotel invests in renovation and regular maintenance work soon. The property has great potential thanks to its prime location, but without proper upkeep, it risks becoming unsafe and unappealing for visitors.

PPengguna TetamuRoom – The room is amazing, with plenty of space for the two of us. We each have our own bedroom, which is great. The only downside is that the toilet is located inside one of the bedrooms, so if your friend needs to use it in the middle of the night, it might wake you up.
Kitchen – The kitchen looks very fancy and fully equipped at first glance, but surprisingly there’s no kitchenware at all. No plates, forks, spoons, or cups. We had to buy our own. There’s also a stove, but no pans, so cooking isn’t really possible. You can only reheat food using the microwave or oven.
Laundry – A washing machine and dryer are provided in the room, which is very convenient.
Balcony – The room also has a nice balcony, which is a lovely bonus.
Staff – Most of the staff are friendly

I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. PPengguna TetamuFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.
