O hotel é bom, mas foi complicado encontrar o andar certo já que a placa com o nome era minúscula. Ele fica no prédio A, terceiro andar e o quarto não era o mesmo das fotos, ficamos em um quarto sem vista e bem menos do que o esperado. A parte boa é que é de frente pra praia (sem vista) e tem o CU no térreo é um G20 do outro lado da rua, além de ótimos restaurantes ao redor.

Pertama sekali, saya harus katakan, pemandangan dari balkoni sangat menakjubkan!! Sangat suka pemandangan jambatan Gwangan 😍😍😍 Bilik itu sendiri sangat bersih..Hotel responsif dan membantu apabila saya bertanya sama ada saya boleh mendaftar keluar sedikit lewat dan berjaya melanjutkan masa daftar keluar sebanyak 2 jam dengan tambahan 20,000 won.. Hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Geumnyeonsan jika anda datang dari lapangan terbang tetapi tiada bukit curam yang perlu dirundingkan..Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan..Terima kasih banyak.

Our family stayed at Bamu Hotel for four nights and we were very satisfied with our stay.
The room was clean, bright and comfortable — the highlight was the amazing view of Gwangalli Beach right from the balcony. We could even watch the drone light show from our room, which was absolutely stunning.
The location is excellent, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only minor downside was that the bed frame made a slight noise when moving or turning over, but it did not affect our sleep quality.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Bamu Hotel to families and couples visiting Busan.

We had an amazing stay at Kent Hotel Gwangalli by Kensington and highly recommend it for couples. The location is absolutely perfect — situated right in front of Gwangalli Beach, offering uninterrupted views of the ocean and the stunning Gwangan Bridge. Waking up to the sea and watching the night lights from the room made the experience really memorable.
The area around the hotel is lively yet relaxing. There are many popular restaurants, cafés, and dessert spots within easy walking distance, so we never had to travel far for good food or a cozy place to hang out. Whether we wanted brunch, seafood, or coffee by the beach, everything was just a short stroll away.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We also loved the convenience of having a 24-hour convenience store right on the first floor — perfect for snacks, drinks, and last-minute necessities.
Overall, it was the ideal base for a romantic beach getaway in Busan. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in and out was very easy and quick. They have an account you can chat in case you have questions. They also have secured luggage storage if needed.
For amenities, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Water pressure is very strong. They provide towels but are small so bring a body sized towel if needed. With blowdry and curling iron.
Room comes with a washing machine, kitchen stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a refrigerator. They send water bottles I think every other day? They also have sort of room service and it was good for late night snacking.
Huge TV also and bed was comfy for me.
They don't come in to clean everyday but not an issue for me.

This apartment is beautiful, offering a great room size for two individuals, complete with a balcony that provides ample space for luggage. We appreciate the heated floor, bright rooms, and the generously sized refrigerator with a freezer. While the kitchen utensils are simple, we noted the absence of certain amenities such as garbage bags, a dish sponge, a broom, or a dustpan. Additionally, the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned, as there were residual marks from previous guests in the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, the location is excellent, being only a five-minute walk to Haeundae beach and an eight-minute walk to the city center.

DDesmondAng80Hotel location is super ideal as is right above the metro station at Haeundae Station. The room is very spacious and big as the dining/living room is separated with the bedroom. Need to bring along korean local adapter as international adapter cant be used. Theres a washing machine but unfortunately there is no dryer function. I will stay here next trip as the hotel is also located near the Haeundae beach with many eateries and stores for shopping. Olive young is just a ahort 2 mins walk away.

PPengguna TetamuBooked the metro suite upon price drop at Trip. Com and it was very good for the price we've paid. Unit was spacious, fully equipped with large tv, washer dryer microwave, and even a Samsung styler. 2 queen beds and beddings are of good quality. Toilet and shower system were great too. Electrical kettle was provided. Cooking was not allowed unless requested. There was no cutleries or kitchen utensils provided. There was no view from this room generally except very little sea view from the balcony. On our first day bath towel was not provided and hv to ask from the reception. Orded food delivery via Baemin and food can be sent to doorstep. Location is near to Haeundae beach, but could be better as it is not central and close enough to the most lively area. Do not expect full hotel service except presence of the frontdesk (7am-10pm), and there was no in room housekeeping provided for the entire stay of 4 days. Hotel facilities was not opened too, pool was closed. Breakfast was not included and can pay for it and need to hv it at Kwangsu Hotel opppsite the building.
Hotel staff was polite, response was prompt when we asked for help to fix the clogged toilet bowl, location was easy to be accessed by taxi via kakao or k-ride. Overall we had good sleep and pleasant stay, and it was well worth the price paid.

I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.
Amenities & Services:
While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

PPengguna TetamuFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.
