Hotel berhampiran Sahayeok, Busan

"Overall is good. Have to acknowledge this hotel giving their best as they could. Morning breakfast is included and service staff is so busy handling so many people (I suppose hotel almost full) but orderly. Food refilling fast once empty and up to standard. Variety good and spread acceptable though without much choices as place constraints. Hotel pricing under USD90 is good bargain for me with it location and surrounding access. Good for first timer coming to Busan to experience. Ktx station and subway station under 5 mins walk."

"Had a pleasant stay at Ramada Encore Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and decent for our stay. The location is excellent, especially for travelers catching an early train — our departure was at 5.30am, and the station was less than a 1-minute walk from the hotel, which was super convenient. Another plus point is that Chinatown is just opposite the hotel, with plenty of eateries and food options nearby. It’s also not far from Igidul-gil Coastal Walk and the famous 168 Steps, making it a great base for sightseeing in Busan."

"Everything was good except for place was to loud because of cleaning service was next to the room and you can hear all noise from every angle from other rooms. Keep waking up because of noise. Request to away from elevator did not help. Hoped the bathroom had fan also with bidet."

"I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting."

"We had a long layover before our next flight, so checking into the hotel for a few hours of proper rest was essential. The hotel is conveniently located between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 on the landside, which means passengers need to clear immigration and customs before accessing it. Unfortunately, our flight required us to collect our luggage and re-check it for the next leg of the journey, making the hotel an ideal option for a short stay. The room was clean, equipped with basic amenities, and comfortable enough for our family of four (two adults and two children). Overall, it provided a much-needed opportunity to rest and recharge before continuing our trip."

"The hotel was clean and tidy. The Bett was comfortable and they even had a desk, a coffee table and a couch. The employees at the reception were not very good with English but they always tried their best, so very good service! We loved the location of the hotel because you have everything you need close to you and you can reach different sightseeing spots by bus ☺️"
